What cards and what miner are you using?With AMD cards I noticed integrated gpu might cause some major opencl errors.You need to start mining software with exact commands without integrated gpu.

Yes im using AMD  Card rx 570 4GB ....

How to start mining software with exact commands ? Qhats commnad ??..

if ur rig still have a problem try to put      -eres 0   on ur bat file
