Ok we have looked into the issue for you.

The first time you deposited 81 USDT and it was credited manually as you say.

It was credited at 5:40pm on the 21st October and you placed two sports bets worth 80 USDT total at 5:52pm and 5:54pm. You lost them both.

You then deposited another 48 USDT which was manually credited again at 8:19am on 23rd October

But you did not play with it until 7:39pm the same day. I assume you were talking to the CS team etc.

You lost it all by 7:47pm. You requested closure of the account.

Here are my conclusions

1 – The Accounts dept from the software provider say that there was over the weekend a problem between CoinPayments (Payments Provider) and the Casino software provider that affect 50 of their casinos. This has been fixed.

2 – You lost the $80 fair and square.

3 – The $48 USDT you would have been able to withdraw without problem, if the payments had not failed in the first place. This was not your fault. You got frustrated and just bet the $48 and lost it.

4 – I have requested that a manual override process be implemented to stop what happened to you, happening to others should the problem arise in future. I have also

Gave up and gambled away my deposit.

Worst Casino expierience ever .
First deposit waited for 3 hours to get credited
Deposited TRC20.
Second deposit took 30+ hours to get credited ..
They add credits manualy to your account .
Lost 130 USDT .

Be careful on this casino when you deposit crypto . It will not show up on your balance
As withdrawals and email support only works from 06:00 UTC - 18:00 UTC .

Did deposit with TRC20 , deposit failed don't know why but ot dididnt show up on my balance . Payment from my side was sucesfull, but it didnt show on my casino balance . Contacted support . After few hours they manually added to balance .
Ok lost my balance then decided to deposit again . Same thing , sent my crypto USDT on ERC20 . Payment sent with alot of confirmations . After 24 hours it still didnt show on my balance . Contacted support , waiting 20+ hours to manualy add my money to my casino balance . Decided not to gamble on this casino and wanted to withdraw money . But guess what when i   press withdraw there is no option to choose payment method . Contacted support and thats what they reply :
