We are having a really interesting game right now between Barcelona and Real Sociedad. Barcelona made the score 3-0 in the first 60 minutes and it was like they were going to win it very easily. But now, I see that Real Sociedad scored 2 goals in 3 minutes (82' and 85'). It's 3-2 now and I really wonder whether they will manage to make a comeback in the last minutes of the game.

I can't talk about the other parts but I can clearly say that we usually get 40x rollover or even worse most of the time. You are right. I calculated the chance of winning in both cases.
Let's say I have 1 BTC and I want to convert it to 1.1 BTC.

If I put the whole 1 BTC is a single bet with multiplier of 1.1, my chance of winning would be 86.36%.

If I use martingale method and set the base bet to 0.001 mBTC, the chance of converting the 1 BTC to 1.1 BTC would be:
