I promoted your games on FaucetHub.io and PTCWall.com while working a moderator and developer with “MexicanTarget”, both of which have now closed. (FaucetHub was at the time one of 3 trusted services for micro transactions)

Those 1000s of user didn’t just appear on my account from tin air.

But why is the method I promoted even an issue, why must I pass KYC? KYC is optional and has been since it was introduced.

I would also like to respectfully point out that your response is indicating that you are looking for flaws in my actions and or statements to DARVO (deny attack reverse victim and offender) instead of acknowledging mistakes may have been made and addressing the issue.

I understand that action that was taken.

What I dont understand is the logic or reason behind why it was requested.

1. I’ve made no attempts to deposit or withdraw in years.
2. I have not broken any CG site rules
3. I have not broken or triggered any KYC requirements
4. I have been bringing user to your site
5. I have been actively participating and promoting your dice games
6. I have been building dice bots and tools using your sites api to generate more revenue for your site
7. I have not once spammed your site forum, cg chat, social network, or discord attempting to advertise our bots or services
8. I have actually submitted info on bugs found on your site, for which “Joter” gave me some BTC as a reward.
9. I have 1 account and in all 6 years haven’t broken a single rule.
10. I have been rewarded with a little extra % on referral commission for the number of users I invited to CG

I’m failing to understand why I have to explain that I am not willing to give my personal information to anyone.

I have been a loyal, contributing, and law abiding member of your community for as long as I have been,
and my account history shows every transaction history proving that I have not violated any laws, rules, tos, yet I can not be trusted.

However I am expected to trust you and any 3rd party services you use to verify your user identity with my private and personal information?!

Absolutely not!!

If you believe I’ve violated any rules please say so, otherwise please allow me to withdraw my money and move on with my life. I’m not here to trash talk your business, I’m only seeking a resolution that doesn’t involve your business infringing upon my rights and privacy. (just because you can)

I trusted your business to keep my funds safe, look where it’s got me.

KYC was introduced as a feature that allowed user to claim "VIP Birthday Cash"  & "Faster Betting Speed"

Even as of today, KYC is not mandatory (only when requested).

• I have been a member since 2017 and my only source of crypto was building dice bots, playing the dice game and the referral earnings.
• I have invested it all back into CG.
• I have since won and lost some of that same balance from years ago.
• I have not made any new deposits/withdrawals attempts that would break any current or previous laws or regulations.

They obviously have this information already, I know because there is a dedicated place in every users profile to view this information.

There was absolutely no reason to verify my account.

This is all discussed in the email screenshot i provided.

1. When i joined 6 years ago, there was no KYC.

Though I've been an avid follower of this forum for many years, this is my first time taking the initiative to participate actively and voice my concerns. I believe that our community thrives on transparency and shared experiences, and today I aim to contribute to that collective knowledge.

I am writing this post to report my recent experience with Crypto.Games,
which has resulted in the closure of my account of 6 years and the confiscation of approximately 8.38 ETH.

I believe it is important to bring this matter to the attention of the community and seek support and advice on how to address this issue, or serve as a warning.

I have been a member of Crypto.Games since 2017, and during this time,
I have primarily generated my crypto funds through building dice bots and investing them back into the platform. (CG already has detailed logs of this information)

As a developer, I've been building multiple tools using CG's API and maintained a lot of open-source bots which has generated income for CG in the process.

However, On Aug 5, 2023 9:10 AM, my account was blocked from performing any and all actions.

After reaching out to support via email, I received a request from CG to verify my account by providing several personal documents and information. These requested items include a clear photo of my passport or national ID (both sides), a selfie of me holding my passport/ID along with a note containing the date, my email, and the phrase "for Crypto.Games," a clear photo of a utility bill with my name and address visible, a video selfie of me holding my ID card/passport and a paper with the word 'Crypto.Games' and today's date written on it, and information about the source of my funds (salary or business details).

I firmly believe that providing such personal and private information goes against my rights and violates my privacy.Therefore, I have no intentions of giving in to these demands. Unfortunately, CG has made it clear that failure to provide the requested documents will result in the closure of my account and the confiscation of my funds (Current Balance: ~8.38 ETH).

In light of this situation, I have decided to make a formal announcement on GitHub and here that I will be ceasing the maintenance for all CG related packages (both composer and npm packages have be moved to a private registry), with only security-related bug fixes going forward.

I included screenshots of my conversations with CG as evidence for my decision. This was necessary because I have developers and business partners to answer to, and I cannot and will not compromise my principles and privacy for any price.

One of the main reasons I have remained with CG for so long is because my privacy was respected.
It is disheartening to now see CG blatantly trading my ~8.38 ETH Balance in exchange for my personal and private information.
I firmly believe that privacy is a fundamental right that should be respected, and no amount of money or potential gains should compromise that.

I have not had anyone contact me from CG since Aug 5, 2023.

I kindly request the support and advice of the BitcoinTalk community in dealing with this matter. If anyone has faced a similar situation or has any insights or suggestions, please share them.
