I note the apparent ongoing issues with Premium membership WoF spins not being credited to premium members. I also note that FBC are well aware of this ongoing issue.

The idea that any company aware of issues with its product or service continues to sell and market those products or services is repulsive.

The fact that this issue remains ongoing for more than a month indicates a level of incompetence in either management or developers or both.

This organisation has been flagged for violating hCaptcha's terms of service

Users who purchase fun tokens for the premium benefits including daily free WoF spins must be credited for any missing spins.

Any suggestion that these benefits will not be honoured after purchase creates fud and further erodes trust in the site.

I still think it is suspicious that @TheQuin disappeared after the wagering contest winners and high roller accounts were targeted and had their funds stolen.

I can think of two possible scenarios: @TheQuin had his employment terminated because he was held responsible for these incidents, or @TheQuin stole the funds himself and disappeared into the sunset.

If @TheQuin had nothing to do with these incidents and remains employed by fbtc then why hasn't he made a statement?

For as long as the attackers are targeting the site, it will increase demand on server resources, which will result in delays.

So how long is a piece of string?

The number of users reporting bad gateway errors has decreased over the last day or so. This suggests the site is recovering and hopefully it shouldn't be too long before things are back to normal.

This of course is contingent on the attackers cease fire.

I'm sorry, you cannot access your funds when you need it.

This issue occurred previously due to a mail backlog, likely caused by a DDoS attack. Many were affected by the expired verification emails.

Support won't help you. Don't waste your time.

That's certainly a bold claim especially given no evidence that any web server/site security audit was ever performed. It's not difficult to publish a report.

Without doubt, many are indeed aware that attacks have and continue to take place.

In February there was a published major DDoS attack on the site.

In March, April and May users began reporting individual attacks on their accounts resulting in substantial funds lost.

Recently another unspecified event, possibly a suspected attack caused an email backlog.

Currently more unspecified events or further suspected attacks are causing server issues including bad gateway errors.

It appears more and more users are reporting delayed payments due to manual payment reviews no doubt because attackers were recently targetting individual account funds.

All these incidents could be false flag operations designed to show cause as to why the site should no longer continue to operate and thus terminate its existence.

Some have drawn a correlation between the attack on the high rollers, the wagering contest winners, and TheQuin's sudden departure.

Some have voiced concern regarding a large volume of Fun tokens being sold by freebitco.in which significantly impacted the price.

Whatever is going on, it's not leaving a good impression. And this impression will ultimately reflect on dplay and club riches.

Some seek transparency, however it is clear given the regular speculation about operation issues, the uncertainty in regards to the future of the site, and only the vaguest explanation from staff about site issues, that transparency is not a priority.

I'm having multiple issues with the website.

I'm getting a 500 internal server error when I try to access the free spin credit in the promotional email:



When I try to exchange RP for WoF tickets the exchange button changes from bright to dull then does nothing:



If I refresh the page and try again I get a red notification telling me to wait for my previous redemption request to process:
