Maaari bang magsuggest na iresolba ang problemang nakita ko sa Application sa phone? Bawat nagloload ako sa phone napakatagal mapunta sa confirmation para magbayad ng load. Antagal magloading para dun at nakakapagtaka may internet naman bakit napakatagal dun sa bandang yun, tipong mababadtrip ka kakahintay bago lumabas yung confirmation na babayadan mo yung load. Sana maresolba niyo ito. Maraming salamat.

Magagamit niyo pa rin po ang inyong account, pero hindi po kayo makakapag Cash Out until ID and Selfie verified na ang inyong account.ok naman tong suggestion na to pra hindi masyado lumaki yung fee na binabayaran natin gamit ang coins.ph account palabas, pero sigurado na napakadaming iiyak nyan sa coins.ph kasi napaka dami ng users nila na umaasa sa faucet at sa mga barya barya lang, kung matitingnan mo yung mga groups sa facebook na bitcoin related ay halos 20k sats pababa yung mga pumapasok sa wallet nila every transaction haha

I think it is just fair to have the transaction fee at a dollar. Or just like what I've said in the earlier pages of this thread, having a contract with a miner might help. If only electricity cost here in the Philippines is low, mining would be a very nice business too.

I have tried contacting the number given on facebook but unfortunately it says cannot be reached. And I am pretty sure that I have called in between 10am - 6pm. Tama po kayo na kapag Coins wallet to Coins wallet wala pong fee mapa PHP man o BTC ang sinend.
Gumagamit din ako ng coins.ph yun nga lang habang tumatagal tumataas fees.Samantalang ung fees nila ang hirap na kitaain online.
Ako matagal na ako gumagamit nang coins.ph mahigit 1 year na rin siguro. Naabutan ko pa nga yung trasaction fee ay wala pang fee na babayaran o kahit isang cents wala talaga. Ngayon ang fee ay 0.001 bitcoin o mahigit 130 pesos din yun. Ang hirap kaya kumita nang ganyan tapos sila kukunin lang nila . Hi tanong lang po ito sa coins.ph website na wallet provider but sobrang dami ng rules at regulations and site diba dpat ito ay isang decentralized bitcoin wallet provider dahil nga ang negosyo nya ay bitcoin at bat lung mag veverify lang ng account ang daming kailangan gawin para lang iverify ang account diba decentralized bitcoin wallet provider po kayo? (sorry for being repetetive) pero kung di nman kayo regulated ng gobyerno diba dpat di kayo mag higpit masyado. Ang bakit yung buy and sell nyo ng bitcoin parang mataas masyado buy kaysa sa sell parang medyo lugi gusto mag benta nun ng BTC sa inyo kung ganun ang price.

If it was not changed, what I remember is by default, their fee is 0.5mbtc per kb. It is a very low amount and may take a while to get confirmed. You can base tx fees here : https://bitcoinfees.21.co and estimated time of processing.

Naiintindihan po namin ang inyong concern tungkol dito. Pero please note po na nag-aadjust lang po ang aming fees depending on the fees charged by the miners. Please note lang din po na hindi kami kumikita sa BTC transfer fees; ito po ay napupunta sa miners upang maproseso ang Bitcoin transfers ng aming users papunta sa external wallet. Kung masyado pong mababa ang fees, magiging mabagal po ang pag proseso ng miners sa Bitcoin transfers, at maaari pa nga po itong hindi maproseso.
Sana po maintindihan niyo kung bakit po ganito ang fees sa Bitcoin transfers papunta sa external wallets. Salamat po.
