Who is responsible for unrealistic expectations? You guys. Just a week before the launch, makoto1337, the developer, was claiming the marketcap would be 30 million at the launch.
It's cryptoland. You can't seriously blame him for that.

Hopefully people can look to NEM for safety of value storage and transfer. NEM is everything the mainstream secretly wishes bitcoin was: safe and secure, fast, and easy to use. Once we add xxxxx xxxxx, I think NEM will have an amazing block chain platform that will be infinitely extensible.

Devs, what is going with the network, nodes shut down?? My NIS shut down without any notice.
Same here. All my nodes(nis) shutdown.
Something like this was in the last log, before the logs are looking fine.
PS: Nodes crashing after restart again(20 minutes later)

All node ips that are offline are blured. To obfuscate full nodes ip addresses makes no sense. You have more than 100 openapi nodes where everyone can get the data again with low effort.
If you want privacy use vpn/tor and dont host a full node from your home.

Must say the nem client is really stable for harvesting for the first live version. I remember Nxt client did always stop forging to begin with(memory etc...).

I followed several cryptocommunities and I see that NEM goes the same route. And the result will be the same if you don't stop for a moment and revise the plan. What unique does NEM have that the others didn't? Emphasize these very points. I'm not talking about cool tech, Nxt clearly showed that 99% of us don't care about tech progress.
99% people i know ask only about bitcoins fiat price. This is not sexy.
I have followed Easy configuration guide to open port 7890 and all must be good,but when i go to http://127.0.0.1:7890/node/peer-list/all
I can not see my NEM node name or ip on list.

Optional Donations of Masternode Income
Udjin and I just wrote an extension that allows the masternode network operators to voluntarily sponsor initiatives. This is a super powerful feature, you can specify that a percentage of your earnings will be redirected to any other address. I imagine people will lobby for an initiative, then they will post an address in the forums, if masternode operators supports it, they could donate 30% of their income (or any other amount).
Examples include:
- Sponsoring an advertising campaign
- Sponsoring development
- Donating to the Darkcoin Foundation's address
Another benefit of utilizing the protocol for something like this is, when used a percentage of payments will bypass you, creating no taxation (you never controlled the money at all).

Please community can we not reply anymore to Adam White and IceBreaker, they can't have a conversation with themselves, and quite frankly no one cares what the trolls think, so there is no need to correct them.
