I'm absolutely feeling helpless here, Curacao has gotten 3 letters from me and still didn't get any reply. Its been a month since my request...
I mean we wouldn't know without them sitting down and talking about it, if you sit down and talk about it, you could potentially get it going somewhere that could end all of this. Obviously taunting doesn't look like that is the goal here but it could have been that if you insist on talking with the casino in a polite manner without getting too angry, if you are just annoying them, they wouldn't respond and just let the courts handle it anyway. Plus, I believe curacao or whatever that place is would never side with the gambler if you ask me, the casino is the place they make the profits from.

I don't get the taunting of the casino, what can you attain from such behavior? Will they eventually forfeit and say that they shall pay you a purse so that you can leave them be? That can't happen could it? I mean what would stop the next chump who wants money to come here and bother people forever until they get paid as well? ^That scam (or hack?) thing not only did bitcasino more famous but also managed to make them look like they know what they are doing as well.
Even if they were always like that, you need to see it yourself first to make a decision and I think this one was that decision point where many people realized how serious bitcasino is. Dude had to agree that he cheated the system and normally people who cheat and steal keep talking about how they earned it and even if they agree to cheat they ask for their money because they deserve it since they found the bug, but somehow bitcasino managed to make it in a way that dude just basically said "I am a cheater and will leave you guys alone" and left. That is a rare situation and I think bitcasino improved their trustworthiness very very quickly thanks to this situation.

Yeah as you can see my ending balance there is 1.13btc + 500 mbtc = 1.63 btc, they cancelled it obviously and 15 months later we're still here..
Definately missing something deposited 0.43 btc played roulette brought it up to ~3-4 btc and chased some slots on 2-10 mbtc a pop Lost a whole lot and decided to take a 4x deposit balance home

They push deposit with a higher fee to be accepted immediately and try to withdraw ASAP, hoping that the Bitcasino fraud prevention team wouldn't notice it?
It looks pretty dumb to count on their mistake, knowing that the fraud prevention team is monitoring "double-spend" attempts non-stop.

We and other forum members don't have to tolerate this kind of sh*t posting that doesn't bring any value for the community. Our fraud team has concluded an investigation and the end result was that the user in question was double-spending.
Currently, this case is standing in Curacao eGaming as he has made a complaint to our license holder.

Next time verify how much has paid the casino in the past to a single user, that's a nice way to know if you can trust them.
