Just you are in any doubt about the legality of ARCH in light of the SEC enforcements that are coming: ARCH was pitched clearly as a high yield investment program with shares, equity and voting-rights for certain classes of "investors" - it is absolutely breaking SEC securities regulations. They are coming for you Edgar. And if you think jurisdiction matters to the SEC, why are they co-ordinating with "international partners"? How did that work out for Liberty Reserve who were arrested in Spain? You probably broke a bunch of laws in Portugal too.

They may take their time, but be sure, you are on their list.

It's much worse than this. Before this episode BTCarchitect wouldnt tell the public who his dev was but would say "you will be amazed when you find out who it is".
Even some of the CEOs of ARCH were boasting about it. Then the throws this guy under a bus and tells all the archcoin followers he is a scammer and now the whole arch community raise pitch forks because BTCarchitect said so.

The Vericoin developers are going to lose a lot of face when then realise what he is really like.

The SEC investigate anything that breaks their rules.  ARCH and Edgar are very much their jurisdiction if he involves US citizens, that is why they are investigating Moolah which is a UK company.

It's just a clever way to make people hang on to their bags. Now they are stuck because if they sell, or try to daytrade with their 8000 coins, they have to leave the "HQ". But it's just a matter of time because the price squeeze HQ holders out. Gonna be a lot of buthurt here I think...

I just caught Coinsource.com red handed changing their reporting. On the 6th they posted information about ARCHcoin deception, and then today they changed it. Fortunately Google Cache caught the deception. maybe BTCArchitect paid them off? Coinsource in any case have just proven themselves to be totally untrustworthy.
