Attention - Scam at Sports Guarantee 100% Cashback! #28 at BC

I was scammed by BC on the Sports Guarantee 100% Cashback Promotion. The mods know they made a mistake, but no one feels the need to refund my stake.

Short version: At BC you can place a bet of up to $100 and in the event of a loss you are 100% guaranteed to get your bet back.

The conditions:
Minimum VIP 22 Level and above.
1. Must be email verified.
2. Phone number must be verified
3. Must enable 2FA

I fulfilled all these requirements - but was subsequently excluded because my email was allegedly not verified.

I signed up with Google Connect, and the email address is automatically verified. Upon request (see also below the dialogue with the responsible moderator)
I was informed that they will discuss the problem in the team. (The truth is they didn't give any thought to users signing up with Google before).

Since June 2, 2023 I have been put off, I still haven't received my $100 cashback! It's 3 month now!!!

If I lose money gambling, I have no problem with it. But I won't be fooled!

I saw that there was an update: For all users who have registered with Google Connect, the email address is now automatically displayed as verified.

That probably means that my participation in cashback #28 was correct. I'm finally asking for the refund. Gladly also in the form of free bets or whatever.
