ETH is history but yeah there was good money in it if you got in and out at right time! You're too late for the ICO now unfortunately its sold out

Yeah the time is good for the community, investors and traders once it launches. I'll be hodling regardless for a long time. If any project is going to do 1000x now it could be something like this. Who would have thought ETH would collapse like it has? Something with real value like this is one solution

I did buy some more in the main ico but got most of mine in the flash ico few weeks ago - pays to be alert!

True for most crypto, but this one also has a base value in terms of gold so ICO investors always have that as a fall-back against price headwinds. I think that's the point the previous poster was making. It's why I bought in both the flash ico and some more in this main one. Looks like ICO is about to finish anyway nearly all the coins have been sold.

I bought my Auric in the flash ico, but looks like they are still going quick. Had a look on their website, 5,300,000 left out of 7,200,000 at the start of the ICO. Can't wait for Auric to get them all sold and then launch the ledger and gold exchange asap.

Lot of smart people will realise the potential here. Wait for the institutions to buy tomorrow and see how long this ICO runs for then!

Hard to know how long the main ico will last, i guess most of us on here bought some or all in the flash which sold out in a few hours?  but from what they said in the progress email i got today, the institutions will be out for the main ico so even though they have loads more left they could even go just as quickly, or by the middle of the week anyway as all of the funds will have theirs by then i guess.

Might buy more but I did get a LARGE number in the flash ico!

I got in touch with Deloitte just before the flash ICO, emailed them directly rather than that link. I've had a standard response that they're looking into my query blah blah blah so will keep everyone updated. But I too invested in the weekend initial ICO so I guess that definitely demonstrates my confidence. And they don't sell 800,000 coins at I think around $1.18 each by accident.

I've made an error I filled in and sent off the payment form on the flash ICO page when I saw it there I thought ICO had started. Sorry. Do I need to send off another one now at 1600 when it actually starts. Bit unsure what to do now

I found them very responsive on Telegram, they even went off and found their maths guy who did the price analysis in the white paper to have a quick chat with me about some of the technical side of their blockchain and a few other things. Really impressed.

more substance in this white paper than 95% or more that I've read. investing most of my planned cash in the flash ICO assuming I manage to get some, then will maybe put more in at the main ICO depending on market conditions and other factors at the time

I messaged the aUric team yesterday with a final bunch of questions that I was unsure about after working my way through their white paper especially some math based ones about their modelling and got a reply pretty much as detailed as the white paper itself. Really thorough and I'd be lying if I said I understood all of it but it addressed all the points I raised and that was the final bit of due diligence from me as far as Im concerned. Was going to wait until the main ico in september but might as well have a go at getting my supply in the flash one on Saturday as with the current market it will just cost me more if I wait for those two extra weeks. That's how little confidence I have in it all right now and why a gold backed investment is the one for me

Like 400 was the bottom a month or so ago? Or 500 a little before that?  Time to step out imo. Either BTC or something completely different. Eth is finished. Well done to those who sold back end of last year for either fiat or BTC. Rest are losers.

This market feels like it did when I first entered crypto in 2014. Except that altcoins are the ones really being hit this time. Auric makes sense as a shelter at this tricky period if nothing else. I plan to hodl but heck I might even sell them out for gold if it comes to it. Ethereum is being exposed as a busted flush tbh I'm surprised Auric team are still accepting them in the ICOs. Suppose they have it in their white paper and website and would look bad to cancel it as a payment option. Not complaining though, I will be glad to get rid of them. Auric will be as close to an uncoupled crypto as you can get right now.

When I first saw this I though oh here we go, pre-ico etc and all that nonsense but now I read it I can see what you're doing and why. And after trying to buy something this morning that sold out in literally the first minute everywhere (a limited edition console rather than crypto, I hasten to add) and feeling very annoyed about it, I can appreciate this idea even more.
