I had chance to talk to the team and there primary focus was making sure the client and block chain where started in order to solidify faith in the project but sadly I feel most people go for the flashy website with dramatically presented product even if there's zero substance to it.

The government destroys everything it touches a major reason why especially the health insurance industry is a wreck and it doesn't help when monster corporations and big pharma inflate the cost of services in this industry.

I skimmed the white paper so maybe I missed this but are there plans to add more features to the client after the public claims portion is finished? Will the community be able to post/chat in open discussion as well?

LTC has the rooting earlier and I feel it will rise faster than Monero but Monero has a bright future.

Ethereum  is a titan there's no way Waves will be able to match it but waves will be very successful in the long run.

Its no big deal out the box there's always a rush and they have plenty of time to hit there goal and if there marketing keeps spreading it will gain momentum again, so far the 3 days they have been live have been very successful.

The ICO side of crypto is booming right now because there is opportunity to launch business with the help of the community in a way that has never been seen before.
I do believe a majority of these ICOs will not survive there both there launch's and the test of time along with there competitors they face but in the short run there's plenty of money to be made on short term market gains

Everything is a scam until it works just do your research and pick your investments wisely.
Ask your self these questions

1. Is this ICO realistic and legal?
2. Is the dev team transparent and upfront?
3. Does this ICO have a road map and goals?
4. Are they reasonably available for questioning and active on there media platforms

If you cant answer all these with a yes its best to stay away from it.

Monaco will have a lot of competition so while investing in them is a great idea I ultimately think TenX will be better in the long term
