where to report this in USA ?
You can try the FTC and SEC, but they likely have been investigating Cryptsy for a while now anyway.
I don't think there is anything you can really do right now but just watch them collapse, and wait for the legalities for formally get underway in the hope that you might get something back.
Unlikely you will though

and - by this info hiding - what kind of felony he commits?
actually cryptsy last 12 days is:
- shuffling wallets of most coins
- creating fake volumes ( for isnstance SWIFT today : 50 BTC vol on cryptsy, 0.6 BTC elsewhere + cryptsy price 500% higher )
it is obvious he is trying to empty/hide cryptsy wallets to defraud users and possibly his wife/other creditors
where to report this in USA ?
