Just a reminder for all labeled investors.

You won't help your cases if you don't appeal. No need to post tens of comments arguing with devs and committee members, but keeping silence doesn't work for you either.

dont worry, my last post on this deserted thread,

Is it possible for 2 or 3 guys who know each other to register/post/pay one after the other ?......ABSOLUTELY......

Are dzarmush and  BitEugene the same person ?...........ABSOLUTELY..........

Btw I've found NEMoon and BitEugene labeled. I can vouch for both. I got them into cryptocurrencies after I made a few bucks and saw the potential. BitEugene is my best friend. I know him since 12 or so. Over 19 years by now. NEMoon is my partner. We run photography business together since 2004. We all invested in Nxt, Qora, bought stakes in Nem and Node and many other currencies. So they're two different people not one with two accounts.

@koop4u

Dzarmush has already posted on my behalf. I know him like forever. And I do know NEMoon who is highlighted as P51 with me. We know each other for many years since Dzarmush introduced us. He's like a crypto guru of our small group Smiley Hope to keep my membership and will be waiting for a committee decision.

Interesting how the writing styles here are exactly the same. Short sentences together. Same level of English and with the exact same ' present perfect problem ' .

and can you comment on this Dzarmush?

@  schnötzel

ok my last post was a bit trolly and I do apologise and I dont intend to do it again.I am trying to be constructive on the main thread.

but before I go it would be nice if I got a reply to my 2 previous posts.

Just wanted to say that me and the other two re-registered at the same time. This was after the problem with the accounts as a whole and there was a rush to do it. Actually when we paid and registered the first time we didn't do it together. My member number is 1171 , the other 2 were 1067 and 1076 so there was considerable time between payments and registration .

considering that the objections were due to us registering at the same time.

Hi, the 2nd stake was for my girlfriend. I'm not sure how that is different from case 30, which you have greenlighted? It doesn't count because I'm not married yet? Wink

Well, it's kinda the same but techically it's not. When two people who know each other buy stakes it's one thing. When one person buys two stakes and says that the second one is for his girlfriend/frind/sister it's another thing.

There are certain rules I have to follow. I can't vote in your favor, although I think buying a stake for someone is a good thing. Utopian said that's it's ok to buy a second stake for someone you know. Koop4u didn't allow it. If devs would say it's ok to buy one stake for someone you know I'd be first to vote for you keeping the second stake.

Well the criteria on the spreadsheet is sock-puppet or real person. My girlfriend is certainly a real person so I think this is pretty unfair. What difference does it make if she physically sent the coins or not? I could have quite easily just said she bought it herself but I chose to be honest and I feel I'm being unfairly punished for it. How do I explain to her that she is having her stake taken away from her because she wasn't the person who clicked the buttons? People like her who lack technical knowledge but mix in circles that people on this forum do not are exactly the sort of people that crypto would benefit from including.

The problem is (same with case 30): Next time everybody will registrate a new account, claims he´s married and need two stakes. After that, everybody need 3rd stake for brother, sister, best friend,...
I´m married also but count me and my wife as one person, because i´m an active member here and she´s not.
btw. you can´t tell me your wife girlfriend (with 3 posts) is a crypto nerd, too.
Hope you understand my decision.

Yeah I understand your decision. My girlfriend is definitely not a crypto nerd and that is entirely my point. Surely we would all benefit from expanding beyond the nerd-sphere and including other people. My girlfriend has a PHD in medicine and works for one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Europe - including professionals like this who are educated and wealthy but maybe don't have a computing/nerd background would be a plus for Node and crypto in general, no?

Anyway I won't argue it anymore, I said what I felt I had to say and no hard feelings whatever the outcome Smiley

You dont understand. If your sociable then you dont get in. You must be a lonely , introverted nerd to get a stake.

"...We missed out on NEM.."

-  but he posted 30x (total posts 33) in NEM thread and most of them he talked about sockpuppets (things like: "..What are you guys doing?you are making too much of this and continuing the sock puppet.."  or his FIRST post ever: "..I think a lot of effort is being wasted by some of the 'fraudster chasers'...".
 Makes no sense to me.
btw. You said: "..If we wanted to create sockpuppets why on earth would we stop at 2.."  If you can´t explain cupper5´s NEM posts i suggest there could be more...

cupper5 said:
"... We have a flatmate too who is also really enthusiastic about the newstyle cryptocurrencies, she is smartbomb (1076)..."

- "enthusiastic " means for you 10 posts (7 in node thread)?

Next:

- ZTP62 with only 3 "posts"
- all of your 3 accounts were registred in a timeframe of 4 minutes (btw: you said: "..even although I introduced him to cryptocurrencies.." - but you decided to registrate all together?)

And so

Ok I can answer for myself. First ,I have no stakes in NEM. I am however interested in its progress and was thinking of getting some but when I noticed that they were going to do another audit I was amazed because several that lasted for months had already been done. I just thought another audit would ruin the project. I believe that most on that thread agree.

Smartbomb is no longer enthusiastic about nodecoin.

She was trading altcoins but I believe wasn't signed up to forums.

Ztp62 is not active but does show interest and is my partner.

The opening of accounts was for the 3 of us and yes , they were done one after the other. So what?

Can the committee members who sustained a case please explain their decision? Currently it just looks as some members just sustain everything. We gave you money and this is not Wild West...

I'd also want to know that. It looks like they just want to get more coins to themselves.

timmyd and stuipooi123 are roommates for god's sake, they even posted their pictures. What the fuck committee members are thinking about?

GatorJMT and bluewhackadoo are a couple and both accounts have huge activity. Do you even check profiles before making a decision? Damn.

haggis and wegsturm also rommates and also have acivity, especially haggis.

With Case P84 I agree. There are three new accounts smartbomb, cupper5 and ZTP62 registered within few minutes on the forum. I don't believe they are three different people.

We did register onto the forum at the same time and we are 3 different people. Our money is gone and we are not stakeholders in nodecoin . It's your loss guys.

I believe all stakes will be refunded.

It's not the stakes so much dzarmush , for ages it seems we have been talking up this project to everyone we know cos we thought it was worthwhile. We agreed to put real effort into it .We are just disappointed.

Hi guys, just noticed on nxtl.eu that theres a problem with our stakes. Actually I still dont know how many stakes one person can claim. We missed out on NEM but were glad to see that there was a REAL competitor in NXTL. I thought that that you could pay for a partner too, similar to NEM. She is ZTP62(1067).. We have a flatmate too who is also really enthusiastic about the newstyle cryptocurrencies, she is smartbomb (1076). My member number is 1171.

I am really sorry if we broke any rules. We have been telling everybody about what we are doing and all 3 of us meet loads of people daily through work and our social life. its a real dissapointment to have our stakes taken off us but if thats the rules then so be it.

The crazy thing is that we all have a computer each but we thought it would be ok to use the same one.  We didnt realise that the stakes would be scrutinized so much.

We would be grateful if some leniency was shown by you guys. We will keep our fingers crossed.

Ok woke up to way too much controversy over the audit, I thought it would put most minds at ease and reduce fund over nodes list, but I was severely mistaken so I think it's best we don't go ahead with it. Just guna cause too many issues over an already great final stake owner list. It's not even started and look at the trouble it's started. It is actually a bit offencive/rude to those who already did a great job.

Finally, someone talking sense

I found more.  P9 - BestofSR, cryptonikus, Deftonikus, Djentriser and TeseracT.  Busted as socks on NODE.
All present on the NEM stakeholder list, haven't collected any tokens yet.

This looks pretty extensive.  It's a good chance that all the socks on NODEs' list are probably on the NEM list.  Seems like some had collected tokens (and presumably sold).  The others can still be refunded.

another audit i think may be in the making here. or we just check all the socks that node uncovers. Smiley

socks around the world will be shaking in their boots! :L

Is the audit being done? I propose stopping issuing of the asset tokens, remove any sockpuppet possible and then restart again. Sockpuppets will get through but if they are known then its criminal to let them be.

I think the community should organize another audit of the stakeholder list. The dev team is too busy coding to do that and I think it would be really great if someone would take the initiative and get this done. Post-V1, the community needs to run NEM, so people should start taking some steps in that direction.

I propose:

1. A full validation of the stakeholder list. All account stakeholder should have a link to the original registration post next to their account.

2. A full redo of population statistics. All account stakeholder should have a post count next to their account.

3. All low post stakeholder need to be rechecked for sock puppets. ---> if there is no explanation then remove them from stakeholder list.

I totally agree with these proposals. Can someone/a group of people come forward and try to start working on this? If it is too hard to coordinate things here, please feel free to create a thread on http://forum.nemcoin.com/

Yup, let's put words to actions. Argpentem?

Collaborate with NODE, since node has a mandatory account creation they may have all the details regarding useragents/ip/browsers(version)/screensize and etc per registered user. I hope you'll catch heaps of puppets.  Wink

What the fuck are you guys doing? It has been established that the NEM distribution is the best of all altcoins. You are fucking everything up and opening all sorts of problems.you find it easier to catch a so called sock than develop and market NEM properly.

I don't quite understand your stance against this.

Considering it's already come to light that some accounts may be sockpuppets, it's important for it to be investigated further just out of principle - provided it's not something thats taking up Dev time.

Frankly, if this goes by ignored, i'd wager it would come back to haunt NEM later down the road and would make perfect troll bait.

I've read a lot of your posts and respect your points of view but your wrong this time. The trolls will be unleashed the moment the new ' witch hunt ' begins.....and another audit WILL be a witch hunt. It will damage NEM.

The audit will not be done by DEVs. Will be done by community.

If you dont have anything to hide, dont fear it!

 Wink

Done by the community who post a lot. Not everyone posts. This should not be a reason to throw someone out.
Maybe it's certain people who post a lot under different names who are trying to redistribute stakes for their own benefit.

I will start doing a more indepth analysis of the stakeholder list, I'll discuss it more over here: http://forum.nemcoin.com/index.php?topic=2279.new#new

What are you guys doing?you are making too much of this and continuing the sock puppet debate because of what.6 measly accounts and a few socks on another coin?. That utopian future was more than happy with the stakeholder list. Your going to go through all this shit again?haven't you got better things to do...your just pissing folk off that's now spent half a year interested in this project.get a life. A final stakeholder list should be final in my opinion.and no I haven't got any NEM yet in case you ask. I just see it pissing off the community.

tbh I don't mind the community doing a little digging - in fact I welcome it - unless it starts to turn into a which hunt again.
Please don't consider any results from NODE until they have a final list.

Also if you think you found something plz don't go around and start spreading FUD. Let's calmly talk about it and solve issue instead of creating them.

Exactly, this is going to start new issues that were not needed. I've watched this thread and saw it become so positive and now because some have nothing to do , all the old negatives are going to resurface. This is a bad move. Don't you guys ever take account of your own polls?.most members don't want second audit.

Again and again? you guys are amazing. Can you do something really meaningful to really help the NEM?
[/quote]

Some guys are struggling to understand that everyone who is INTERESTED in NEM is HERE after 6 months .If they wanted to get a quick buck then they would have sold on NXT asset exchange.

I can coordinate this if some more people come forward. IMO this auditing should be done here because stakeholder accounts are bitcointalk accounts and they may be required to provide explanation etc.

If I am not qualified because I am not an original stakeholder, that is fine too but I did buy 2+ stakes in AE exchange. If someone has a secret method, feel free to pm but all auditing should be done in public in a clear transparent manner.

As a holder of NEMstake you are qualified, and not being an original stakeholder is probably a good thing because you will be less biased. You can probably get a few people to help if you start on something. We already did taint analysis before, but UP was involved in that (though I am not sure to what extent, because Patmast3r and some other user (sorry I forget the name, can someone remind me?) took the lead on that). If the community can do an independent audit, that would be good I think, though it should take a lot of time. Compiling pop stats and adding post counts, etc, seems like a good first step.

People were allowed up to 2 stakes (1 per account), because of stakes for loved ones, etc. I think that is why a lot of accounts were created just for NEM and then never heard from again. Part of it is because some people came to NEM that were not regular crypto users, so they may not come to BTT.

I will start doing a more indepth analysis of the stakeholder list, I'll discuss it more over here: http://forum.nemcoin.com/index.php?topic=2279.new#new

We will have dev stakes, besides there are other devs who also spend day-by-day on nem, putting a lot of work and effort into it.

Also long way ahead, before we'll have both claimed and unclaimed stakes. Smiley

Awesome. If I had any talented programmer friends I'd be convincing them to join NEM too. Good job!

The dev team is doing a great job and we are making good progress.

Btw, thanks again for the hard work.

If people do nothing for the community or the project, at least they should just shut up.

If someone wants to help, they should ask how they can do that.

If you do nothing, then stop complaining while other people are doing the hard work.

Suggestion, give Gimre the 100 or so stakes not reclamed by sockpuppets so he can pack his job in for a year.
Community vote?
