Cointiply has limited the Game Activity to about 3 hours and 20 minutes per day for some time. Why?

The statusbar in the games section is stuck at 100% since about 4 hours now. I can still play, but get no credits anymore. There is also no way of opening a ticket.

I live in DE (Germany) and am watching smores.tv. I see german Ad's and the little Pop-Up Window "your account was credited" shows up, but I dont get any Coins on my balance.
I contacted the smores.tv-support and they told me that the Publisher (Cointiply) is either holding the funds back or having technical difficulties.
So I work, don't get paid and nobody want's to be responsible Angry

BTW: Your "FAQ & Help Desk" isn't accessible.
