So I would suggest that those who a) shout SCAMMERS and b) signed up about on here a week ago STFU. Complaining about sub-optimal service is one thing, running around like a headless chicken is something different.

Seriously man, you must be high, lost your mind or something else ...
Letting people wait for 2 weeks (!) and stating that everything is OK and all transactions are processed when they aren't... how would you call that than ?
Things would be really different if:
- they replied to tickets
- didn't say 'everything is OK'
- reply to social media/mails
Pick any of the above ...

My money arrived after 5 days. To everyone still waiting: open a ticket and wait, i am sure that it will get fixed. Just be patient 
I've been patient for 10 days now ...
I can continue to be patient, however I hate it when tickets are ignored and nothing is communicated !

SEPA deposit on 14th november.. with still no balance..

Deposit on 12/11, still nothing on my account ...
No response to tickets in 4 days !
Have they ran with my money ?
