Maybe try contacting them again. This looked like a good website but seems to be having a lot of trouble lately.

I've sent three emails (just sent another) and still nothing.  I'm really bummed because I wanted to see this work.
Hopefully, people will read this thread before going to the site.....

I'm going to wait until tonight and then I'll just count my losses and buy the game with fiat (sigh)

Just thought I'd follow up with everyone.  6 emails and nothing.  I've bought the game via another route and asked for a refund....nothing.  I've given up on thinking I'll get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

It's been over 24hrs since I bought mists of panderia - world of warcraft.  No response to emails, nothing.  I wish at least they would give you some kind of confirmation or let you look up your purchase to see the status.  I just feel like I'm flapping in the breeze here...

Over 48 hours and nothing Sad

Ordered SC2:HoTS yesterday morning. 36 hours later and still no code, and no responses from support to my two emails. Will update if they come through.

Disappointing, but in retrospect I should have at least done minimal research before ordering (like checking this forum thread).

Edit: Sunday afternoon they finally came through

I have about the same and feel totaly comfortable.

Ultimately I'm feeling fine too.  Hash rate is great.  Heck, I remember gpu mining and having 12 of them pegged at 80 for months.

Crap,  everyone is reporting their chips running in the 45 degree range.  I have one at 48, two at 55 and one at 64.  I'm hashing at a pretty stable rate of around 540-550.  Should I be concerned about the temps?

The purpose of these exponential growth projections is to help those inexperienced with bitcoin network difficulty realize that what they should be focusing on is BTC return over the lifetime of the product.

Considering the risks associated with any pre-order it is time that manufacturers also consider the customers situation when pricing the $ value of the unit.

Avalon did it well on their first and second batches pricing wise vs number of units to be sold. Wish they would have been able to deliver them in volume.

Here is a link to something that I feel is my optimistic view as respects network difficulty.

http://btcinvest.net/en/bitcoin-mining-profit-calculator.php?diff=249506922&dcosts=31200&diff_mincrease=35&blpbtc=25&dhsmhs=2200000&diff_mincreasedecrease=3&btcusd=140&dpowcon=2400&btcusd_mincrease=3&pcost=0.13&calcweeks=25&dleadtime=0&action=calc#

Please understand that an exercise in awareness rarely is doing disservice to others.

I understand what you're saying, and I do think that Genesis block and the other companies have given people more tools on this than have ever been provided before.  I just don't want people to think the future is that bleak...It is pretty bleak, don't get me wrong...just not THAT bleak.

This is the most bizarre thing i've ever seen. It has to be the only business where a company's own customers will go to any length to ensure the company does not succeed. The selfishness and greed is absolutely sickening.

Let's see:
Maybe 900 day 1/2 units, since you said 700 dispatched and I would guesstimate around 200 left:
650*7000+250*3500= 5,425 Million
Cost:
650*2500+250*1250= 1,9375 Million (guesstimate)

Profit:
3,4875 Million  -> Without profit from hosting.

Loss from day1/2 customers because of late shipment: ranging from 0 to 3000$ (ofc it should be denominated in btc, but just for the fun of it) (following formula for ~loss per day for customers with 140$/btc)
((900*1,7)+(850*1,7)+(800*1,7)+(750*1,7)+(700*1,7)+(650*3,4)+(550*1,3)+(500*1,3)+(450*1,3)+(400*1,3)+(350*1,3)+(300*1,3)+(250*2,6))*140=1,8165 Million

Now: Cost of adding a production line capable of producing those orders in 2 days? I would hazard a wild guess and say about 800k$ max.

Now, let's say that every customer who got his unit until Saturday 5th was content with it (I know I would've been): ~1,3 Million for the other 650 units.

So please tell me again who is greedy and selfish! They made this much with day1/2 orders alone, without hosting, without October orders.
WE are not that customers OWN customers, we are CUSTOMERS.
The only one greedy is KNC not offering honest and deserved compensation for customers and hoping they are too lazy to go to court for a measly 2500+$ per unit!
The only one selfish is, again, KNC for pulling out margins upon margins but not having those margins where it counts - at the (only real) bottleneck - the final assembly/production.

Well if you like many attempted to calculate ROI on ordering one of the Jupiter units back when the shipping date was first week of September and difficulty was bellow
90 million and a difficulty increase of 30% every 10.8 Days.

Below is a screen shot of what you can expect if you get your unit October 16th and if the network difficulty goes up by 30% and the value of btc is $140USD when you decide to part with them.

If you think the difficulty is going to hit 22 billion by april you are fooling yourself.  That is completely ridiculous.  Yes, we're having >100% increases a month but the network can't double every month and keep that up.

Wow so much for 1 day shipping. Why didn't KNC give us an option to pay more for 1 day shipping. UPS express saver is now going to hold me package over the weekend. Delivery is expected on Monday which is 4 business days from when it shipped on Wednesday. Thry orignally said Friday.

Its bullshit that they said 1 day in the check out but then shipped it via a 3 day UPS mail with no saturday delivery. It should have said 3 day shipping in the checkout process.
I'm in the same boat.  Although I'm secretly hoping it will at least make it to the UPS facility near my location tomorrow. Then maybe I can pick it up from them on late Friday/early Saturday.

Got my tracking numbers for Day 2 #3xx range.

Says they'll arrive Oct 11th.  I'm in the US.

Ditto here for two day-2 orders in the 75x range.  Due to arrive October 11th by end of Day - BEFORE the upcoming three day weekend! Yay!

Lets hope so.  On my end, it looks like just labels were printed.  Are you seeing movement?

I just now saw movement. It's already in customs in the US! Maybe I'll get it sooner than Friday......
Left Sweden at 7:12am
Arrived in KY at 2:25pm

Just got my tracking number!  BOOM!

Order number 3xx day 2

order status now "shipped"?

It hasn't been updated on the site yet, but I don't really care if UPS confirms they have it.

You're order 3xx but are you in the Day 1 or Day 2 group?

Sorry...I'm day 2.  However I'm a little frustrated as I paid within the '7 days and you don't lose your spot in line'....I should be day 1.

Other than those that chose hosting, have any 1-500 orders not arrived in customers sweaty hands?

I think it sort of sux that the hosted miners haven't started hashing.

Maybe the folks at KnC 'listened' to the folks that were whining about Sam working on the Data Center instead of hardware.

The 1-500 thing muddies the waters because pre-registered is a hidden number and some 4 figure order numbers I think are shipping because of it.
If you are a 1-500 you probably know.
If not, it will show up on the Order History page, as the device(s) will be labeled as such.
"Jupiter 1-500" for example.

There is no muddy water, here.
1-500 orders made a pledge to KnC to purchase their product.
Without the pledge, Mr Kennemar and Mr Cole (the K and C in KnC) couldn't receive ORSOC's blessing to move ahead.

I will reiterate; are there any 1-500 orders of non-hosted equipment that are not hashing in the wild?

I'm order 3xx and I've been in progress for about a week as well.
