Hi - this should already have been amended to 72 hours - can you confirm where you are seeing it stating 24 hours and I will get it amended.
Why its decided to more time (72) hours to WD BTC?
I think you can verify if there is member make WD using authy, email, or other method. But don't make its too long.
And it's getting more very bad if it's extended to 72 haours.
Please, we need improvement for your service, don't make it worse.

Everytime I cancel an order, and would like to make a new order,
I must refresh the whole page, please fix it, so I not need to refresh the whole page.
And for make buy order, would please make automatic calculation if I want to buy BTC for all value of my fiat.
Like btc-e, we just need klick the available fiat, and then the page will automatically calculate how many btc that will bought for specific price.

I believe it is still within 3 business days since you requested your withdrawal - but I have escalated to ensure it is done within the 3 working day period.
But, I still hope that you can process it faster than IDR withdrawal,

I have asked our partner to prioritise the withdrawals for Hifzi, rajkumar_raj and helmy77 if they have not already been done.
If anyone else has a outstanding withdrawal, please do message on here or private message and I will get these investigated. We have been doing manual wires for some of the more recent withdrawals so I will have to check them individually to see current status and ETA.

The concerns you are expressing are to be expected given the extensive delay and I do once again apologise - any kind of fiat withdrawal delay does not look good.
I have been advised that our payments partner is working through the payments today so all the payments should be processed by end of day, maybe tomorrow at the absolute latest. Then as long as your bank has processed and updated your balances, you should see your funds.
We do not fully automate the withdrawal process for security reasons.
Do continue to comment whether you have received your funds or not.

Becasue last time I make withdrawal, the money is deducted about IDR 310.000 after 1% withdrawal fee,
I think that is for wire transfer fee. Is that you wire directly from Singapore Bank to Indonesia Bank ?

Processed should mean that we have submitted the fund transfer. This may not necessarily mean the funds have appeared in your account as this relies on your bank to acknowledge and update your balance. Do let me know if by end of day you have still not received the funds and I will investigate further.
I just receive the money in my bank account few minutes ago.
But less than it should (after minus 1% for withdrawal fee). The detail I sent by email.

You should see an improvement to the withdrawal processing time for IDR, yes. Feel free to raise any issues via support tickets and also on here.
Request on November 10, and processed on November 13.
It was only 3 days to get to my bank account.
But for request on November 11, I still not get the money in my bank account.
It has been 7 days.
I think you overload with withdrawal to Indonesia bank account,
because many people here buy btc with low price in local market ( https://vip.bitcoin.co.id/ )
and sell at Quoine with higher price.
I hope you can improve again your withdrawal process,
or maybe you state a withdrawal limit, so you will not overloaded.

Yes, but it will take a while. I had a wallet with 13,000 keys and it ran for 3 days.
