I do believe they should not be allowed to gamble. I am a Filipino, and I do know the 18+ requirements of gambling sites, but it's not right. Here in our country, 18-year-old kids mostly do not have any jobs yet, they do not know about responsibilities, which is why they tend to make bad decisions in their lives. Most are still dependent on their parents, and they won't get a job until it's badly needed, which is why they should not be allowed to gamble.
