I requested a refund on August 25 and I was not refunded
Please PM me your order number and email address. I will find out from SQRL on monday why you have not been refunded yet. You can also contact sales@squirrelsresearch.com to find out why they haven't refunded you yet. All funds were sent to SQRL who sent them to Xilinx. The only customer funds I hold are those locked in paypal.
I do not understand anything ... The bank transfer of 8757,44 dollars was made on the account of "allmine inc" ....
Some general info
#1) Orders were placed between June 6 - Sept. - 5 mo since first order
#2) First refund requests happened around last day of Aug (could be considered Sept 1) - we're about 45 (49 to be precise) days since Sept 1.
Strange. I just checked my documents and emails. I requested my refund on August 13th. And the order was paid on June 15th (payment receipt confirmed June 19th)#1) Orders were placed between June 6 - Sept. - 5 mo since first order

Also, could anybody tell me what 3 weeks timeframe do people mean in this thread? What is it exactly? And when does it start?
Non-ram bcu ...But the buyer is taking a big risk that you even have an fpga order.
We actually did it already a few times, Jess from SQRL helped a lot and supervised the transaction. This way customer knew before paying that the order existed, then the money were paid and the contact info was changed internally on joint venture end. It always involved somebody from the joint venture therefore nobody got hurt except that i had to do those absolutely unnecessary steps to get my money.Non-ram bcu with stock heatsink would have shipped earlier this week.
So, this means my cards are not only resold but already shipped to the new customers?If you requested a refund that early you should have been one of the first. I'll find out on monday from SQRL why you haven't been refunded yet. Can you PM me your order details?

I have an inquiry about the timing of the prospect of a refund, but at all there is no answer. I am shivering thinking it is a SCAM.

I d like to see my refund too some time before I die. I bought cards in June and refund was requested in the beginning of August.
Every time i inquire it is always "another 2 -3 weeks to wait", when I get a chance to get an answer. Later they ran out of money for refunds and said they had to sell the remaining cards to refund. Now as i understand, all is sold out and there are even additional funds from PayPal available. But still no time to do a few clicks to authorize a transfer. SQRL support just answered that they have "no definite timeline for refunds". I hope I won't hear next that "we are too busy developing bitstreams" as a next excuse.
I do not know if this guys are building cryptocommunism for a greater good, revolutionizing mining or just making money - i do not care, this is not a reason for not taking care of a refund. I only know that i did my part and send my money 4 months ago to some dudes but haven't got it back yet. (So far I had to resell on my own some of cards from my orders to a new buyer to get part of the money back, partially at a loss).
I can only hope this is not a scam. Let's hope it is not.
May be, the amount is not significant enough to pay attention to a 2 month old refund inquiry, for people who move millions via their accounts. I don't know. But 14K is a lot of money for me.I am in the same situation, I asked for a refund in August and I did not have anything.
Update:
Our pre-production BCU-1525 units shipped from Xilinx today. Volume production to follow; Current expectations are to start shipping volume units in early Oct. Additional shipping updates expected to follow once we have more information on exact shipping dates. We're hopeful we'll be able to ship all orders before the end of October.

Yeah just put yourselves on the waiting list if you are interested. I cancelled one, still waiting for refund but it will come.

In addition to the refund units we still have one large mine who ordered 665 boards and never paid for them. If you didn't get a chance to purchase in the first round there will be a large number of units available. I'll set the maximum order qty at 4 to give everyone a chance to purchase enough for chaining.
In other news, we're still hard at work on bitstreams. We've had some trouble with the lyra2z but we're slowly moving forward. We received some positive results this week indicating it may be possible to operate the engine as fast as 350mhz without any overclock. This would work out to a hashrate around 35Mh/s on lyra2z (8,8,8 -- not zcoin). We've also begun work on the PHI2 engine. Based on our lyra2z work it appears we should be able to achieve hashrates in the 100-150MH/s range.

2) I discussed this briefly with David. We could fulfill all the small orders (1-8 units) and then some. We were also discussing a lottery. It's a moot point until we know if we will receive partial fulfillment.

4) All orders are in USD. If you request a crypto refund you will be sent crypto at USD conversion rate at the time of the refund. (Yes)

Is Xilinx to ship partial BCUs, but do you know how many concrete it will be?

it s been more than 2 weeks since I contacted you to get a refund of 2 VCU 1525 because the delivery time is too long and I still have nothing. When will you refund?
