I agree that the price of the tokens depends from the usefulness of the project. But when market raise it is more simple to develop the project.

As I understand it takes a long time to get appoval from FINMA and SEC. This regulators carefully check all the documents before they give approval.

Usually investors buy tokens for long term perspective. Traders buy and sell tokens for speculation. That is why cryptocurrency is so unstable.

It is profitable to be investor only if the market raise. If to remember the experience of 2018, a lot of investors lost their money.

That is why now tokens sales are very popular. But most popular are the IEO that conducts on exchanges.

The choice of exchange for IEO is very important. Usualy the biger exchange is the more successful IEO. It must be a lot of users on exchange.
