I too do not understand. If there were early investors, why write that there was no PreMine? In the end, No Pre Mine - implies that there are NO early investors.

As a startup small business, the company received angel investment. This is what funds development in the early stages, to give developers a rewarding recompense for their hard work and efforts. No Beam coins were mined prior to mainnet launch - which is conducted via decentralised proof of work.
You can see the sheer volume of work that the Beam development team do at the github.
Please do not tell me about the hard work of developers.

I had in mind more serious exchanges. For example Bittrex, Huobi, Binance, Poloniex. Perhaps I have a preconceived opinion, because these exchanges are more familiar to me. About bitforex a lot write that there are twisted volumes. CEO Binance also criticized the etho stock exchange. Coinmarketcap also does not count the volume of this stock exchange.

Hello, all! I've just one question to you. What is the amount or percentage of funds from ICO that will be alocated for advertising and marketing?
Metronome authors receive none of the proceeds from any of the auctions. Those stay in the ecosystem and flow into the autonomous converter contract (a contract where the community can sell MET for ETH or ETH for MET) over time. This has been in the owner's manual, the FAQ, and other supporting documentation since we announced Metronome in late October. Without advertising and marketing it is difficult to get a lot of popularity. For example, in Ltc, Hmr, Dash, there was a lot of advertising in late 2016 and in 2017. I think if they did not have advertising at their time, they would not have become so popular.
