Re: 1 CATcoin on eBay for $15.50!!! WOW!!!!

FranceGuy

Perpetuating fraud?  Do you even know what that means?

Did I say I agreed with the price?  Did I say anything in regard to the fact of promoting prices for this coin?  Did I say bid on the auction?

Simply pointing things out to the forum!

I simply point out that it's on eBay already, where all prices of coins are inflated, and you indicate that I am perpetuating fraud...

You have a lot of guts, I'll tell you that much!  I'm not in anyway associated with ANY COIN auctions on eBay!

There ARE OTHER auctions besides that one!

Last of all, I'm not really going to listen to someone who had 2 posts!

The 6 exclamation points in the topic title I thought conveyed that you thought the evaluation was ridiculous but some people have internet autism.

well no, the owner is first to market with a complete pos system that is not on code base of btc

Yep and that's why it will be hacked in 2014. Not an exchange or wallet service, the coin itself. Observe.
Would you be able to go into more detail as in how this would be possible?

I am been successfully mining for a few weeks now in windows with bfgminer 3.8.1 but am abit of a noob when it comes to any kind of linux. I have a redfury and a nanofury which minepeon doesn't find so I assume i need the latest version of bfgminer?

If so how do i go about updating?

Did you try updating your version of minepeon? Just a wild guess here.

Also Ripple is centralized and all Ripples premined.
I still dont know why Ripple could be usefull for something
Agreed, I don't know who would use ripple necessarily but there probably is someone on this forum that uses it, they should probably explain what they use it for.

Don't do it. If you want to do something with cloud mining, I suggest to start a service Wink Only way to actually earn something.
LOL. Yeah, the only people making money from cloud mining is the operators and about 20% of the people on CEX.io who are doing successful trading with their gh/s. Spend the money you would of on cloud hashing on BTC instead.

premining doesn't mean an altcoin will fail, just to clarify, it means the coin operator has taken a portion of the coins for himself. If its a respectable small amount, and he is not going to be mining himself once the coin is launched I don't see anything wrong with that, he should have some of the coins he created...

It's only one post.

You total logged in time at the top left would have to be 4 hours and you would need to make 5 posts. I was made a Jr. Member without reaching these, I have no idea why though...

As above it's only one post now, but are you sure you didn't have 4 hours?
Yes. Unless the website is glitched it says:
Total time logged in: 45 minutes.

4 cents is not worth 150 words if you really do want well written articles. Make it 4 dollars or 10 dollars and I'll actually write a good article for you definitely over 150 words.

Typically that they are doing something different than the other coins and aren't just a straight up copy, but that isn't always true too. If your business plan is to make money off a alt-coin surging in value you should be a part of EVERY alt-coin startup and mine in the first few days/ a week and hold those coins with the hope one of the ones you did this to jumps up in value.

4 fans at 5 watts each? thats 20 watts, a energy efficient table fan can be 25-35 watts and will be powerful enough to cool down both cards with a case with one open side and the fan blowing directly on it. Guarantee you will see a huge temperature drop, but you don't really need to do this as I believe you cards are rated to run safely in those temperature ranges

Re: Best BTC-E USD deposit/withdrawal method?
by
dogeball
on 27/12/2013, 07:54:29 UTC
I have mixed feelings for btce.  I'm an american and wired $10K USD to their bank and for the record it took 33days.

I noticed that after I sent the money they changed their policy to refuse funds from US citizens or US banks so I was freaking out.

It finally arrived dec 23 and i attribute it to a christmas miracle. After that I'm just happy it got there, probably prevented me from buying at $1200 too ;-)

some people rag on them, but I think they really try, they are just overwhelmed.

B

I'm in the same situation now  Undecided  I wired a large amount about a month ago but no deposit yet. I didn't realize at the time that they weren't accepting deposits from US citizens and banks so I'm not sure what is going on at the moment. I sent in verification documents almost two weeks ago and sent in SWIFT documents a few days ago so they could track the transfer but nothing back yet... Very frustrating and very worrying.
Thats a shame to hear, it seems like you haven't given up hope yet. Is BTC-e a registered business that would be held accountable for deposits that go missing?

Hey guys, made a bunch of money on grabbing some dogecoins a few weeks ago and sold a few days ago on a tip from a friend. Want to dive deep into crypto currencies now, I've caught the bug if you will.
