It's ok that pool pays less than whattomine says. You pay 1-2% miner SW fee, 2% pool fee, you have for sure some bad shares, pool takes some tx fee...etc

I'm not care about "performing maintenance". If you have some maintenance you should notify users BEFORE but not after.

It's an ideal place for lose your coins. You just put that and finally when you try to send that you discover that it's impossible. I had problems with sending several times. Now I could not send zec for a days. Support keeps silence. I think they already drink mojito on the beatch .

2 days can not send zec from my freewallet  account. It's second time when during zec pump they freeze send transaction.
I understand that some maintenance is required time to time but what is the problem notify about 24 hours ahead? Now it's looks a scam.

What is the story with Zcash send transactions
Last 2 weeks I tried to send coins several times and send that without problems just ones. Last 24 hours transactions even are not accepted. I see "under construction banner" but when do you plan to complete that?
I like your app it is convenient but if I can not receive/send coin then other functionality is useless. As well could you be more user oriented.
If you plan some maintaining please please please notify users ahead. As well you support must be support but not a "bot" which just provide useless unswers

Bittrex is a scam. They take your $$ and then change the rules of game. You can not take that back. I'm awaiting for 3 weeks already for a varification my 1 year old account for take my $$ back. Folks never never never use that f#cking exchange. At some moment new rule will be invented and you lose yours $$.

I have an account for a while with several k $ balance. I did withdraw last August without any verification. 2 weeks ago I decided to withdraw all $$ and discovered that no I should pass verification. Bittrex did not notify me like "Hey man starting Day X you need a verification for withdraw". They accept $$ to depo. It's real SCAM. They just keep your $$ and say "now we have new rules" F#cking BUNGO. It's not about customer service it's about taking my money.

I had 2FA on Poloniex. Couple days ago I changed smartphone, setup 2FA with recovery code but Poloniex does not accept codes anymore :-(. Sent a ticket to support 2 days ago. Just silence no reaction.

folks how much time manual payment takes for dwarf typically. Previously for me it took up to 30 minutes. For now request stuck in "payment proceed... " state for several hours. Tried email to support no any reaction
