I have not received a response regarding vip transfer, although I have provided everything and more than 24 hours have passed. Secondly, funds have not been withdrawn from the account for more than 3 hours, which means the withdrawal is not instant. Thirdly, no one answers in the online chat at all. Can a company representative give any comment on this?
Guys, it turns out this is a scam casino that does not pay money. I just went to read reviews on trustpilot. They simply do not answer many people, like me. Can the admins do something about this so that forum players do not lose their money in this scam casino?

Would you mind to share valid proof for your allegation against winna because what you say here is nothing if you have no proof at all.
How they scam you, how much money they scam, it should be supported by proof if you really feel that they scam you.
However if your main concern is about the slow response from the support only, it cant be considered as scam.
Better if you can create your own scam accusation topic but assure yourself that you have enough evidences, because if you have no proof then no one will care about your accusation.
Even worse, most people will say that you are spreading FUD only.
if a company representative writes here and gives some explanations I will immediately give proofs. I just wrote my review, I have the right to it as does anyone who wrote a review about how they had a great experience playing, why don't you want to ask them to confirm their words with screenshots?

I think it's abnormal to not give a client feedback for a whole day anywhere. I don't recommend doing business with them!
I can only think of reasons why you think it take sometime for them to reply.

a. they are checking everything first
b. maybe their fraud division has flag some "suspicious" activity

So just wait and see how it goes. And for sure they might have seen your problems already.
I don't mind, let them check everything they need. But is that why they should completely ignore the client? This is despite the fact that I made a VIP transfer with a turnover of 2mln $ on another site

For me, it didn't take a long time to get a response from them regarding the VIP transfer. I have made only 1 withdrawal from Winna, and it was processed instantly. The live support agent also gives replies on time. I'm wondering why you are facing lots of delays at the same time. You should add some screenshots to give support to your claim. Have you placed your bets on sports event?
