I don't think I can take this any more. I am dumping all my CLOAK and buying XC. Too much blood, the charts are screaming "panic sell".
I wish you guys the best of luck but I won't be stuck being a bagholder. It was a fun ride but its time to bail out and pull that parachute.

I'm not even fudding, but look at the price! How can you say you're "happy to gobble up more cloak" if the price will just keep on decreasing and you'll be left with a bigger bag? Even with the announcement of CloakPAL yesterday, the price didn't even budge by a sat and has been on a steady decline ever since that run to 340k. The devs don't have much planned for the next 2 weeks in terms of anns and the price, as I am typing this, sits at 75k sats and the EMA looks terrible right now. Now, ask yourself, do you truly believe that with the ann of v2 or OneMarket the price can ever reach its ATH agai if v1 didn't do anything, but make the price decrease more. All the money is flowing out of Cloak now and the whales have almost completely destroyed it, so don't expect any reversal anytime soon. Just take this comment as a warning for those of you who still have so much faith in this coin.

fact is there is a MAD push to obtain as many cloaks as possible, the real investors know that this holy grail has finally been reached, and they're trying to get as many as possible by pushing the price down.

Hi. Have  cloakcoin decentralise exchange in wallet?

I've been looking to increase my alt holdings, cloak being one of them (yeah, i should of bought at the recent dip to 16/17k doh). Im quite technical, but obviously not technical enough to get my head around the anonymous features of cloak. I hope you dont mind me comparing it to Dark, but could anybody explain the main differences on how say Dark R4 and Cloak will will handle anon payments?

Also, the built in wallet exchange...is that decentralised or is it an api to say bittrex?

We're going to make another diagram to explain this better with visuals.  The key is things are being sent to temporary addresses.  I'll come up with something better soon.

Think of it like this.

You -> PosA Node #1 -> Receiver (temp address) -> PoSA Node #2 -> Actual Receiver Address

PoSa Node #1 and #2 knows its safe to send to the Receiver temp address because of block escrow, a new transaction in the blockchain that is verified by all peers just like how normal transactions are.

It's ANON because PoSA Node #2 uses different 'cloak' then what he received to send money to you breaking the trace.

You could think of it like this.

Bob has $50, wants to send $50 to alice.  All his dollars are tainted with the letter B.  If you send the money to alice you can see the B's and you know it's from Bob.

If the money from PoSA Node#2 came from someone else (different traces) and was sent to the receiver it's Anon.  Essentially Alice see's money with different letters on it, say C or something.

This is what is happening in the final steps, this does require that the PoSA Nodes actually have the money to send so balance checks would be in place.

The way this is programmed will allow CLOAK users to connect not only to OneMarket using their mobile phones, but also mobile to CloakCoin wallet.

You simply connect (using user name and password / allowed ips) to your ip address at home, on the right port, and you can gain access even using https.

This will allow all wallet functions to operate on mobile from trading Cloak to using the marketplace, as long as the wallet where CloakCoins are stored, such as home pc or vm is online.
