any update on your case? Cloudbet stated that you can contact Curacao eGaming and I recommend you should contact Curacao. 19ETH is a huge amount of money and making all the possible or available action you can take would be worth all the hassle if the result is you getting your 19ETH back. I just wish Cloudbet could show what the violation was.
I'm reviewing my legal options. I am perplexed that this is so easily dismissed. I don't think Cloudbet will have the balls to answer me in here.

Can you please tell us clearly what is the fraud that he committed. Have you sent him any mail stating your position before posting here? or is it the first time you are telling him ?
knowing the exact ground of ban is quite important here as future players can avoid this, also keeping this secret will allow no room for transparency in your system which is sign of honest sports book quite often.

Where have you been since Nov 2020 until now? Since the incident was happened on almost 6 months ago and ETH didn't much worthy than now. Where were you? Why you didn't make any report on this forum on that time? You have registered on this forum on 2018, it's no away you aren't aware about this forum.
The fact that he did not immediately blew posts in here but tried to solve it in a normal, civil way is actually a proof that he is honest and was expecting a fair resolution from Cloutbet. I envy him for the amount of patience that he had untill now!
Exactly that. I am not aware of any harm or fraud. And always had the confidence that it will be resolved.

Thanks Leandro. Creating this topic is part of preparing a timeline for how I get you to pay out my 19EHT. Next steps will certainly follow.
I hope users here believe that I have absolutely not committed any fraud. In no way. All timestamps from deposit to withdraw are of such short duration that this should be clear.
Your comment should mean an even bigger red flag and I hope I can warn people about CLOUDBET this way!

19 ETH is a lot of money and I think that Cloudbet hostaging your money is alarming. Although, I can understand why they might be hodling back that money, money laundering can be done through crypto gambling so they might be taking some precautions that you are not laundering the money.

What happened:: 23-11-2020 I made a deposit of 0.995. After winning some ETH i made a withdraw. 1.23 ETH succeeded. After winning more, i decided to withdraw all my winnings. 19ETH was left in my account. I tried to withdraw but it was rejected. I received a request from Cloudbet Security.
I immediately cooperated with all requests and provided identity details for KYC purposes
After that my account was locked out. Luckely i managed to made some screenshots before that.
After many attemts to ask about my account they only responded that i have to wait until they make contact
