Re: By mistake bitcoin sents to BCC (bitcoin cash) address

Generally, bittrex owners are great people until now. Unless coins are sent on an address they do not own, they will provide solutions.

they own the bcc address its thier bcc address not any third party

i am pretty sure its very easy task for them if they are willing (if i am not wrong)

They said, as it is a manual task (retrieving the key and stuff) they won't put in risk BTC of other clients for deposits of less than 5000$. I don't really understand that.

This happened to me some months ago too. Now that BTC is climbing so fast it especially hurts that they don't have a system in place to prevent things like that from happening. In my case i was using electron cash to send my BCC to bittrex and sell it. I tried that like a lot of times and wasn't working. Some days later i wanted to try again but instead opened the original electrum client (which looks exactly the same...) and send my BTC to the BCC bittrex address...

The thing that upsets me the most is why do they use different addresses for a forked chain? This would not happen on a real wallet as i would have the private keys for both chains. Also it is that difficult to program an script that credit BTC back to the bittrex BTC address for every BCC owner that has some balance (lets say 50$) on its BTC address? They could pay the transaction fee from the balance, and even take a fee for the service if they want to. A company that cares for their customers should not let this happen.

OK, after some tuning I can confirm below setup is working fine for me with stable 30.4MH/s since 24H:

- clean and fresh Windows 10x64 Home installation + all updates
- latest AMD beta drivers
- AB 4.4.0 beta 16 with applied "voltage control" fix and this one
- no atikmdag-patcher applied
- 4x Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 8GB (11265-01-20G, HYNIX memory) with modded BIOS
- latest Claymore 9.8 with no overclocking/undervolting in BAT file

AB config: Screen shot
mv: 970
Power limit: +0
GPU core: 1250
GPU mem: 2150
Fan: 50%
Power from wall: 787W

Thank you! your trick dit it for controlling the voltage with AB. I can only go down 100mv however if i first use trixx to lower it then i can go even further with AB, even to 0.800 mv. Im getting 62.2 ETH 1800 DCR (1 minute average) with only 350 W!! (2 RX580 Nitro+ 8GB)

I have an issue with bittrex so im going to drop this in here in case anyone could help me. I used the electrum wallet instead of electron cash wallet (without realising it until it was to late) to send some bitcoin to bittrex. So i sent 0.5 btc to an address that was not my btc address (it was my btc cash address in bittrex wich on the original btc blockchain doesn't belongs to me). I asked bittrex if they could please refund me back that money, since its technically possible as they have the private key for my btc cash address and the same key can be used for the address on the other blockchain.

They refused helping me, and pointed me to a link on their website saying that only deposits of more than 5000$ would be recovered, as it was a manual operation blablabla....1700 dollars is a lot of money for me and i cannot understand that a exchange service (any service) refuse to help their costumers, even when they are taking a fee for it. Also note that the article they pointed me to was written only several hours before i screwed and given the fact that btc cash is so new also they could have given a grace period of some weeks to people get used to...

i try Claymore 9.8 -cclock -mclock, this is not stable, the memory suddenly drop to 1000mhz from 2200mhz , and then back to 2200 for few sec then back to 1000
I have the same behaviour in Claymore 9.8, also power is not stable. If not using -cclock -mclock  I got stable 30.2MH/s for RX580 8GB and MSI Afterburned 4.4.0 beta 16 setup:
mV 970
core 1150
memclock 2150

yes confirmed AB is work with this driver, i got stable 30MH at core 1150 and mem 2150 for sapphire nitro+ RX580 8GB

anyone try this driver with 12+ GPU?

How many watts are they pulling? i've got that same card and im getting 31.8 mh/s and 920 dcr at 2250 but problably consuming too much power, around 110 W on GPU-Z

( I dont know how to properly insert images :/ )

Seems to work here, from 58 to 63 on 2x gtx 580 8GB. I used claymore v9.7 to set frequencies, as the 9.8 wouldn't allow me to go further than 2100 mhz (otherwise it will drop from, in instance, 2200 to 1000 every second).
Undervolt seems to work too with v9.7, even though from the kill-a-watt it seems its pulling more watts than what is shown on gpuz. Using AB to set the fan to a fixed 55%as v9.7 doesnt handle fan and temperature readings well with this driver

i've made a withdrawal of more than 12 eth last wednesday:

Ethereum   Withdraw   June 21, 2017, 15:13   12.05404294

still waiting....i've opened a ticket and the only response was that they " will refund coins back to your balance or we will resend it." without further explanation...

putting aside all the money i have already lost because of this delay and the eth crash in price i'm starting to be worried about those coins....i shouldn't have sent that much eth to liqui and
send multiple batchs instead...
