Dividends received on the 21st.  Still bringing in that great return.  Thank you for the hard work.  Thank you for letting me know what "revshare" is.  Looks like a good long term decision.

elmwar why are you talking to the Trolls in here? Just asking.

Because you are one of them.

You fucking little twat of a man. VE I think. Fuck off back under your rock.

Why do you defend ken so much? Investors will never see the money they invested in. NEVER. How do you defend that?

Is it coincidence there are many active supporters on the monitored thread ... and "extra" shares were listed on crypto-trade?
Could be coincidence.  Without seeing the books we won't know.

Obviously only trolls want to know how much money was spent on the datacenter. Real superinvestors know for a fact that it doesn't matter how much money you are spending, as long as you are adding hashpower, nothing can go wrong, and everything will come up AMC.

So wait. If i go and invest 10 mil $ into a datacenter that is producing 1 BTC per month nothing can go wrong? Are AMC shareholders so stupid?

I believe most real shareholders aren't active on the monitored thread.  We are quickly silenced.
These "stupid" people must have a reason for posting their comments.  Perhaps they are paid.  Perhaps they are long term shareholders with the goal of increasing ActM share value even if it means posting fluff.

Ken took in over 10,000 btc with the projection to generate 500,000 btc in 24 months.
Fast forward more than a year.
ActM has under 1,000 btc and, at best, could bring in 500 btc / month.

I put a lot of btc into ActM.
I accept the risk.
I won't accept being told its all gone and not being shown where it went.

Sorry no.  Think what you will.  I don't care.

I've only been trying to get the fin report.  Ken just won't give us the info.

They're deleting all my posts on the other thread.

I've put a lot of money into ActM.  I've been quite for MONTHS.  When I say I need SOMETHING to prove what's actually happened to it, they ignore or delete.  When I'm sarcastic and point out how ridiculous Ken's supporters comments are, they ban me.

This is my only bitcointalk account.  But since it's not something they want to hear, than I must be a known troll in disguise.  It couldn't possibly be anything to do with Ken.

Good job Ken!  We'll clear at least 500 btc in May.  How could anyone be concerned?

Good post. I hadn't worked out our revenue at 170TH/s and above, that sounds good - about 300BTC over the next month at 170TH/s

Actually it's really good with BTC at it's current level, but if it goes up from here - it's party time.

Well, if fudged the numbers a bit.  We'll be adding hashing power so I averaged up.

https://tradeblock.com/mining/a/f8cf039e81

500 btc a month should be an over estimate.
Just 200 months and we'll have recovered the investors purchase price per share.
~300 months and we'll pay out the promised investor initial dividend.
And around 800 months and we'll have Ken's 24 month target.
----- all this assumes we maintain 500btc/month (and 25btc/block) and zero costs of any kind. -----

Like everyone else, I'm so glad I entered into this contract with Ken.
Holding on to those BTC would have been stupid.
Hell, the entertainment value on this board along is worth it.

I'll ask in haiku
Where's the financial report?
This is overdue

Poetry!  I like it.

Let me assure everyone that Ken is working hard to provide documentation showing how every single satoshi has been used.  One screen shot at a time until the audited report is released.  We're still on schedule and no one has any reason for concern.  We may have lost almost everything, be under 1,000 btc, and owe $6,000,000 in preorder sales, but Ken's target of 500,000 btc by March 2015 isn't lost.  We're mining and ramping up.  Good job Ken!  We'll clear at least 500 btc in May.  How could anyone be concerned?

Maybe more poetry is needed.

Can Ken cook a canned hen?
With a can of Coke he can.
Ken can cook a canned hen,
with a can of Coke up it's end.

Annualized dividends starting once all shares were sold is 72%!
Affected by the USD to BTC price, but still not bad at all ABI.

I believe you guys are assuming a BTC price per chip would stay constant.  June chips wouldn't produce as much as May's and would not be worth as much BTC.  Therefore price would have to lower and dividends would be affected.  However, the USD cost is the same from month to month.  If value of BTC goes up, there should be more orders and a premium price.

I think FC felt it was easier to give a range in USD and tie that to production costs.  But, in the end it's 6 of one and half dozen of the other.

Our handpicked schemes are top performing for sure and that's why we guarantee anywhere between 6% to 11% annually.

[/quote]

Just to be clear, what currency is this guarantee it?  We're providing BTC.  We'll receive BTC when cashing out.  That would suggest your guarantee is also in BTC.
But of course you are talking about a guarantee in fiat.  Which fiat?  What exchange prices are used?  You also have fees.  What does this cost?  Not Lambchop has a valid point.  People can do this themselves.  It's not a big deal to convert BTC to fiat or buy bonds at your local bank.  You may have a small opening for convenience, but certainly investors need more information.  And there currently is a HUGE risk investing with BTC.

There could be an advantage for some long time bitcoin holders who wish to hold profit at the current fiat price.  If people did this 3 months ago, the could now sell and double their bitcoin.  If people did this themselves, there would be tax implications that would be hard to hide.  Using a service like this could be quicker and hide profits for a time, but you're also paying for the service.

One suggestion, instead of just fiat bonds, why not the option of gold and silver?  Bonds give a set return, however most bitcoin users believe it's not worth the paper it's printed on.  You could offer both and let them decide.  I've actually converted some profit to gold and silver recently.  There are several places that accept bitcoin.

There could be a small niche here for you, but it's not something I'm interested in at the moment.  Best of luck.

It could be someone selling shares to himself.  Most of the shares were at one price.  That many buy orders at a single price isn't normal.
The owner wouldn't lose many shares.  Only cost difference would be Havelock's transaction fee.  And it could scare people into selling lower.
But it could be anything.

Only a sad little man would threaten a middle-aged businessman with a gun and then pretend he is selling 9mm ammunition on here. You are pathetic. A pathetic runt of a man who needs to threaten strangers on a forum with violence to feel like a tough guy!! Grow the fuck up! Jesus are you twelve or something?

If you met me - blah fucking BLAH! You are a dumb fuck too aren't you? You think anyone invested in the company is related to the ceo?! What a total DUMB ASS! I'm in the frigin UK if you don't believe me ask for hard evidence.

My tip to you is STF up and stop taking the steroids you gym-monkey. I will seriously put my coin into uncovering your identity and having you charged if you annoy me anymore. If the ceo knows who you are it would be easy for me to serve papers on you. You are a fool and a very stupid immature little man. Again stop harassing my investment or I will see you go to court for your crimes. Idiot.

Been fun

I'm glad I got in at .0005 before bitfunder went down

Very nice. There are a lot of shareholders (maybe I'm one) who would have sold some, a lot, or all of their shares by now (for a big loss) if trading were active right the way through the last few months. I am thinking that somewhere along the line Ken has known the company is definitely going to turn a profit but if trading resumed so many shareholders would have lost out due to the negative sentiment. I do think that he has purposely done us all a big favour by not getting trading back up before definitive news of success is released. Obviously that's my view and he could never confirm that but if I was CEO and I knew success was coming (but couldn't prove that to the shareholders for various reasons) I would consider doing the same - if the shares had by accident come off the market already.

I hope you're not serious.

"Stockholm syndrome, or capture-bonding, is a psychological phenomenon in which hostages express empathy and sympathy and have positive feelings toward their captors, sometimes to the point of defending and identifying with them. These feelings are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims, who essentially mistake a lack of abuse from their captors for an act of kindness."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stockholm_syndrome

If selling at a low would have been a mistake, I for one want the ability to make my own mistakes.  It's not for Ken or anyone else to decide what happens with my investments.

I'm glad things seem to be moving in the right direction.  It's good you're positive about the company, especially being so heavily vested.  But we're not there yet.  It's going to take a lot to make up for the last 12 months.

I'm in that position right now.  I still have 3500+ shares of AM100 that I've been trying to convert at current market price.  Almost impossible.  But I'm in no hurry.
Yesterday there was a 60btc buy order in for AM1.  Much smaller orders will have the same affect on AM100.

There are only 3,205 (full share) units of AM100 while AM1 has 19,679.
This should be taken into account when determining liquidity.
You may not be able to buy or sell the same value of AM100 when you want.

I'm new to the forum and just came across this.  As a labcoin investor from IPO, I'd like to join the complaint if possible.  Was only recently able to send Virtualspade a PM.  Hopefully it's not too late for me.  But the more important thing is getting justice and preventing these types of things from happening again.  Does anyone know of a group or organization addressing investment fraud in the bitcoin world?  What exactly are exchanges doing to verify companies?  I understand there are warnings posted and risk is understood, but are the exchanges doing anything to check before listing an IPO?
