No he's right, the second batch was sold at 1599 usd. They are selling a third batch right now but the website won't load for me... I'm not even sure if it's worth it with all the difficulty spikes the network will get from the first 3 batches. I actually bought one!
1499USD it cost me, and 50-60USD in shipping!
It wasnt easy, the servers must have been super duper mega overloaded.... im still getting timeouts...

Im currently sitting her wondering about if its even remotely smart to get one Antminer D3 tonight?
If i google the Antminer D3 and click the link leading to Bitmains homepage, it says its gonna cost about 2699USD.
The last time i saw it online, listed on their site, it was 1599USD.
Whats up? Can someone from bitmain confirm or maybe someone else on the forum?

I'm looking for an AntMiner USB device to mine some Satoshis with, someone in Australia or willing to ship to Australia.
I'd like an AntMiner U1 USB that can still do about 1.6Ghash/sec. I will consider others that do mhash's/sec. Must be reasonably easy to use, with guides on the Web and able to work with cgminer or other readily available software I can compile on Linux or Windows.

That's the reason I suggested to reinstall windows, so to test the cards one at a time.
So, install just one card, also drivers and mining software and begin to mine

I have done that now, running windows 10, working fine with Claymore and all cards...
But when i plug them in all at once, windows wont find the 290's, only the 7970.
I run the 290s on a separate HP proliant 1000w psu, but i was thinking about the possible problem with just 2 6pin pcie powercables? Do i need the extra 2pin connector attached aswell?
It's better to format the drive and reinstall the OS because the driver's uninstaller does not completely remove all the files

Okay, ive been running windows 7 since my first attempt at windows 10 was failed, giving error messages when starting windows.
maybe I need to try the windows 10 install again then to see if there was something I failed at.
will try this this afternoon, to see if I can properly boot windows 10 at all then. will return with answers, but most of you belive that its software-related?
do I install the drivers with just one card installed, or all three?

I also got strange behaviors from 2xx cards.
I needed to reset every settings in MSI fireburner when I installed a new card. Sometimes when a videocard stopped mining full speed I needed to change the memory frequency -125 mhz, and it started working full speed again.

yeah, the problem is, that if I look in AMD overdrive/Wattman I cant change any settings regarding core clock nor memoryclock. they are stuck at 300mhz and 450mhz.
maybe the only thing to do is try to install older drivers like the ones suggested. 15.12.
the motherboard im using is an Asus M5A97 R2.0 with an AMD 6300 cpu.
not the most ideal setup, I admit, but it was suppose to be really cheap!

currently I have 2 cards, one Asus 7950 and one Sapphire R9 290. I have another 290 laying on the side.
They are connected via powered pcie-risers.
I have made so that when windows boots it starts Claymores zcash miner instantly, allowing to start the operation without ever having a monitor connected to the rig.
when I first started the pc after the build, it didn't show any picture, and only the 7950 card where hashing.
after a while of windows fu**ing about, it got picture.
Now both cards are found in Windows and in Claymores zcash miner.
the 7950 are working perfectly at intensity 4 hashing about 265h/s overclocked a little bit
BUT the R9 290 are giving a hashrate of between 45-50h/s, and when I hashed with only the 290, it gave me about 300h/s.
anyone have any idea about what might be missing or faulty?
or if anyone has a great guide for the software/hardware-setup for making it work?
