You could consider other fallacy: "miners tend not to sell coins cheaper than the cost of mining them"
In this issue, Miners will try to sell for any prize the coin, because they have costs, They will sell with benefits or losses.

El coste de la operación creo que es por spread-margen que la compañía aplica para el cambio de btc a euros, algo bastante bajo (pueden ser hasta céntimos de euro).

Sí, eso ya es posible desde que algunas empresas como Xapo crearon su tarjeta de débito (quizás hayan más casos).
Tú ingresas tus btc a modo de prepago y pagas con la tarjeta de débito en cualquier comercio que acepte pago con tarjeta.
Por lo tanto, sí, se puede comprar con bitcoin en cualquier sitio, incluiso en la compra del día.
Tu pagas en btc, el comercio cobra en fiat. Entiendo que si ingresaras en esa tarjeta de débito euros, dolares o rublos, tú considerarías que pagas en esa moneda, ¿verdad? Pues si recargas la tarjeta con bitcoin, debes considerar que pagas en bitcoin.
Respondo porque mucha gente aún desconoce este ejemplo y para mí es una solución temporal muy interesante para hacer llegar el bitcoin a mucha gente y sobre todo, para fomentar su uso en compras cotidianas, ya que en todos los comercios hay lectores de tarjetas.
