All withdrawals on duckdice does not need the moderator approval for withdraw, the withdrawal process is all automatically done unless it is a huge amount, admin approval is needed for big withdrawal due to security issue.How long do withdrawals that require moderator approval take to be approved?
If you have any issue on withdrawals, it would be better for you to contact the admin of duckdice directly, you could send them a support ticket via the site, there is a support button on the bottom left corner which opens up a form for you to fill in, admin would reply you as soon as possible once they saw your tickets, Thank you very much.
Thanks I've opened the support ticket. I reset my password because I forgot the login. I'm getting an error message now saying "Too many login attempts".
Any idea how long it takes for this to be reset?

almost means your balance is not yet been haced right? So I think your balance is still safe and that would be no problem here. But the only thing is why you can be hacked? Do you ot put any protection like 2FA? Because when you put this on, there is no possible hacker wil be able to hack your account

I'm having problems withdrawing from the site. I deposited 0.2 BTC on 5/24/17, and played with those funds throughout the day.
At the end of the day, I had the same balance (0.2) and decided to call it quits. I tried to cash out but received an error message. I reached out to support and was told that because my account had been accessed across multiple IP addresses, a security review would be conducted for precautionary measures. My explanation was that I played throughout the day, alternating between my desktop/laptop/work machine.
It's been approximately 14 days since my first correspondence. I occasionally follow-up and feel that I've allowed the process a considerate amount of time. Has anyone gone through something similar? I just want to know the approximate timeframe I should be expecting to receive my funds. I haven't received a concrete time from support yet.

It should take lower amount of time for security check. Try going for support service once again and tell them that you have been waiting for days. I dont see any reason that the security check should be going for over 14 days. That amount of time could actually ruin their image around here

It's very simple, you offer a service, provide it or don't offer the service. I am not interested in reading anymore dribble from you, take your built up inner anger and direct it elsewhere. There's probably some starving kids who should have researched which trash bin had the most scraps you can shit on.
Which service had he failed to provide exactly? Hot wallet got empty. Happens to every dice site from time to time.
You just wrongly assumed all withdrawals are always processed instantly, and didn't follow instructions because you're too lazy/dumb to find a contact details.
