In the trade chat they won't reply, and over SimpleX they haven't accepted my contact request either.

I have been stuck for over an hour in the trade because their system gave out an error "INSTANCE_ERROR_ON_TRANSFER".

I would advise caution, will update this post if my issue gets resolved.
