Yes they are afraid of decetralization coz people will have an idea to keep their coins on an decentralized wallet apps that can't control by the government. Cryptos are here and probably one of the best technology that we have now is the blockchain, Governments should need Blockchain as soon as possible.

Actually the project is dead and developers left the project long time ago but still it's traded on a big exchanges seems that it's a fork of bitcoin. if i'm not mistaken. well i'll keep an eye on this thread.
