What are the best sites where you can join for new & hot airdrops? Huh Huh Huh

you cannot rely too much from airdrops because airdrops nowadays were just full of scams, fakes and unsuccessful, even though the task were super easy yet you are just helping them to gain something or I must say youre spoonfeeding them of their greediness. I know theres still some legit airdrops out there but right now, Im dodging every airdrops Ive encounter, i dont wanna waste some time with it.

Pardon my language friends. Just that the market sentiments have got all of us emotional. Now I am no expert or technical analyst but i have noticed one thing and I'm sure most of you have also gotten that.

There were some big news and happenings that could've dragged the price way down but they didn't, tho we took a hit but not as many expected.

-VanEck ETF was withdrawn and market was quite like the cemetery. No response
- Nouriel Roubini did his thing again at the economic forum and previously after doing that, the market doesn't take long to respond downstream but this time it delayed.
- Craig Wright also sid his thing same as the last time we consolidated and he earned insults instead this time
- WhaleAlert tweeted big movement of BTC in millions to exchanges and i saw many shouting dump dump dumo but it seems the response wasn't that hard.
-So called Technical Analysts also started drawing bearish charts and I've seen some of them redrawing today
-Amd as usual, the media never stop doing their thing (Spreading FUD) and some reposting old posts to make them new.

In all, I can say that the drop in the last 24-48 hours could've been scary but it got a support.

Maybe some good news are incoming, we can't be sure for now but in general i was happy for the last 24 hours. Let's see what the coming weeks also have for us.

Bitcoin is really fighting this bearish market to stay alive and firm and somehow bitcoin is keeping its ground until now but this bear market seems so strong and some altcoins cannot defend well was moved on to its lowest values, nevertheless bitcoin is holding on to us so we need to do the same and hold your alts and be faithful.

Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET
by
fakegurutu
on 03/02/2019, 21:39:30 UTC
After a year, a lot of lessons that we did learn. There are 2 precious things that I think I should remember:

+ Fear
+ Greed

I learned that from my teacher, he said when you buy Bitcoin at 10k, it's then $12k your greed rises inside you and you don't want to take profit and expect more. Then, the downtrend is coming, BTC goes down to $8k, you'll be scared to cut loss, and what'll happen, you lose more while BTC drops to $4k.

So, we need to set up your expected profit point as well as the stoploss point.

How about you, what is your lesson?

the biggest lesson that I have learned during this recession is be more patience than what I did before joining the crypto crusades, I strongly have faith in crypto and its coming back from this downfall thats why Im keeping my altcoins until everything goes green just like the old days. Dont let greed consume you, just be calm and stay firm.

Re: Bitcoin Is Now Officially In Its Longest Bear Market Ever
by
fakegurutu
on 03/02/2019, 21:32:13 UTC
Bitcoin has officially entered the longest stretch of declining prices in its 10-year history.

The world’s oldest and most valuable cryptocurrency achieved an all-time high of $19,764 on Dec. 17, 2017 on the CoinDesk Bitcoin Price Index and has printed a series of lower price highs ever since, making February 2 (as per UTC time), the 411th consecutive day prices have been in decline.

As such, bitcoin’s latest stretch surpasses the duration of the infamous 2013-2015 bitcoin bear market, which spanned 410 days from its price high to low.

the full article can be found here https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoins-price-longest-ever-bear-market

This is such a very bad news to all of the crypto people, may this bearish market be once again over, whats keeping this bear market for so long? Whales must stop manipulating the crypto market up to these dates or else cryptocurrency will die and everything in us will vanish, maybe some organizations is trying to demolish crypto from the real world.

Re: Do you think Institutions secretly HODL Bitcoin?
by

on 03/02/2019, 16:25:03 UTC
have you ever asked if some companies are seriously investing in Cryptos and still not talking about it?
They way crypto platform for Institutional client is been developed by the day is become an eye opener that there is serious interest
by companies but I guess anonymity is prefered

Huobi Launches a trading platform for institution https://bitcoinexchangeguide.com/huobi-crypto-exchange-to-launch-institutional-trading-to-a-limited-group/

So do you think companies like NASDAQ is good for the market https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-11-27/nasdaq-is-said-to-pursue-bitcoin-futures-despite-plunging-prices

SO do you think Bitcoin will be the future all sometimes fade away?

Huobi MENA: www.huobimena.com
telegram: https://t.me/HBMENA

theres a possibility that many institutions out there have been long holding bitcoin and just waiting for that very moment when bitcoin will rise high enough to buy everyone a lambo. We cannot deny the fact that theres a large institutions holding a massive amounts of bitcoun in their crypto wallet.

Re: Do you remember how you feel about during 2008?
by
fakegurutu
on 03/02/2019, 16:21:12 UTC

2008/2009 feel like very special year for me, I could feel all the people around me are very different compare to before, they have a lot of worries, I overheard one of my respected senior talking about their worry about their pension, worry about the future generation, worry about their job security, a lot of worry, but as a millennial I have no clue why they're so worry about them.
To flash back it today, I'm still unable to understand all their worries, it may be the reason of age-gap, the one age group that felt stronger came from the older generation.

Well, I would like you to describe what's your feeling about 2008 and why it is so special compare to any other year like 2009,2010,2011 etc.

Also bitcoin was born in this particular year, the emotion must be so strong that it drive Satoshi to finally decide to do it.

If I had just met the person that will introduce me to the crypto world in a year 2008, maybe right now, Im already driving my lambo in our own little hometown, Its very unfortunate that Ive known bitcoin in late 2017 and in 2018, cryptocurrency experienced its massive downfall and still ongoing up to these days.

Re: Who controls the market?
by

on 03/02/2019, 16:17:18 UTC
Remember, this whole thing about crypto is largely decentralized, thus, there is no single authoritative body in control of the crypto market. Although there are few centralized platforms among crypto, the market is largely influenced by the efforts and influence of the users of crypto. How well sellers and buyers treat the coins on the market affect the performance of the market.

Theres this thing they say "whale", Im not so sure with this kind of people but surely they were a group people, some rich crypto enthusiasts I guess that sometimes deal to have a certain altcoins to get pump or dump, thats their way of controlling the crypto market and the course and flow of it for quite some time.

Re: Binance vs Bittrex
by

Just started to get into trading alts again, what would someone say is the main differences between the two exchanges of binance and bittrex? I've just gotten involved in both and I must say I really do like Binance more, charting is nice, fees are cheaper, and everything just seems a bit sleeker.

What does everyone on here use for trading and what do you like about it?

bittrex is up and coming crypto exchange while binance has been there for quite sometime but Im still gonna use and trust binance although the fee is kinda high, I dont mind at all, as long as it is safe to trade there and no kyc required unlike in bittrex, although for security purposes but crypto people really dislike kyc and me too. Binance over Bittrex, always.

Re: Recent bounty campaigns paying in Ethers?
by

on 03/02/2019, 15:06:02 UTC
Hello, do you know about some recent bounty campaign which pays bounty hunters in Ethers?
It seems to be more profitable to receive Ethers than tokens in these bad days, market is crashing and people are selling everything.

Its rare to see at this moment a kind of bounty campaign that pay in ethereum and if there is, theres no assurance if that is legit or scam, if you want to get paid directly using bitcoin then just go the marketplace and click services, theres a lot of signature campaign that pays bitcoin. Its way better than doing bounty campaign at this very moment

Re: Is it worth buying low-volume tokens?
by
fakegurutu
on 03/02/2019, 07:56:40 UTC
I noticed this phenomenon. Often someone buys up all the proposed tokens with a small amount of trading (for example, look at SMT on hitbtc this night), and after a few days these tokens go up in price very much. Is it worth buying such a token?

theres a disadvantages and advantages of having or buying a low volume tokens, the disadvantages of it are no sudden movements of the coins in the crypto market, without movements, sometimes investors are hesitant to engage in that certain coin, on the other hand the advantages is that low volume tokens usually had a high demand and with this goes along with high prices in the crypto market.

Hello. Bounty hunters like me, Whay do you think our situation at this year of 2019 Do you think you can earn 1 bitcoin at this year for promoting and joining bounty campaigns? Please Share you experience at this past days. Wink

It is very impossible to earn one bitcoin at this very moment especially if you are just a bounty hunter, even though theres still a lot of launching ico out there, we cannot be sure if its legit or not, but most probably its fake and scam icos and also the current state of the crypto market isnt on our side too. But we never know, crypto is full of surprises, keep hunting guys.

Re: Ripple will Die
by
fakegurutu
on 03/02/2019, 05:09:12 UTC
Big/medium banks are never going to use Ripple, theyre only trying it out and will drop it then make their own technology (not de-centralized!)

Blockchain will change how we send money, but not through banks. Theyre completely against de-centralized control of financial system. We need blockchain solutions like Kora (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2876521.0) that are person to person and small business to small business

Ripple was able to survive that bearish 2018 crypto market and not just survive, ripple was able to top the crypto market, and for me they became number one, although they only reach and overthrew ethereum at the second spot, ripple has proved to anyone in the crypto universe that they could compete and survive in this up and down market.

Re: No Regrets in cryptocurrency
by

on 03/02/2019, 05:05:51 UTC
Due to the volatility of the market and the possibility of missing out in great profit, we tend to regret our decisions and wish we had made a different choice. We all have reasons to regret, but it's best we appreciate every move made. I've come to realise that every disappointment is a step towards greater success. Every experience is essential towards getting a wholesome knowledge about the industry. Success won't be appreciated, if nothing like failure existed. We need to be knowledgeable on all sides and appreciate every opportunity and experience the cryptocurrency space has to offer. Let's enjoy the ride in its entirety.

The coming of cryptocurrency and that day that Ive known it is the biggest thing in my life so far, it was the best, Im a gamer and I love things that involves internet and technology especially like this one, blockchain. I have no regrets in making it so far in this crypto universe and I wanna be here until the day that the whole world will accept and recognize the crypto as a part of the real world.

Listen to the forecasts and do not know who to believe. Some say the end of autumn will begin the recovery of the market, others for the winter and cite the facts that it will happen and others say that it will happen by 2020. Guess and no one knows anything for sure.

We dont need to believe in everything that everyone says these days, all we need to do is to have a strong faith about the future of the cryptocurrency, it might be falling today but it wont be disappear in the future and in fact it will blossom and flourish and you might wanna be there to witness it

DJ Khaled and Mayweather had an issue about shilling an ICO. And other celebrities hyping or promoting scam coins. Who would actually rely on their words? If you're listening to celebs then you are not ready for this type of market at all.

Only stupid and fool person will believe to these celebrities shilling and promoting and hyping a certain ICO that were being so rampant nowadays, crypto people should learn from this that celebrities doesnt have any knowledge or idea about the ICO that they are advertising, celebrities get paid doing that, thats what they want, payments and will do anything for us to believe them and their ICO.

Re: Do you think Bitcoin matured as a currency?
by
fakegurutu
on 03/02/2019, 01:18:10 UTC
In 2017/2018 with the sharp increase in the price to the ATH of $18 000+, people were saying that Bitcoin can never be a currency with that kind of fluctuation and volatility in the price.

In the 3rd & 4th quater of 2018 up to Jan 2019, we have experienced a correction from that ATH and we are seeing much less volatility in the price.

Would you say that Bitcoin has shed it's speculator skin and emerged as a true currency, after this correction? I think with most of  the speculators left the Bitcoin scene in the last year or so and Bitcoin has truly transformed into a community of people who are more interested in the technology and using the technology as a currency.  Huh

Let's discuss, because I am very curious in what you opinions are about this.

In a perspective way, I see it as a matured currency already because of the fact that somehow its value has been stable for awhile although it has a massive falldown but still its value is in all time high and bitcoin still the master of all altcoins and it will never be taken away from him until the end. Bitcoin is crypto and crypto would be nothing without bitcoin.

Re: This guy says crypto ruined his life but he spent it on a high risk lifestyle
by
fakegurutu
on 03/02/2019, 01:13:53 UTC
He said he bought $60k worth of crypto at the all time high and spent it on expensive items and some questionable things if you read it on his reddit post below.
https://www.reddit.com/comments/amctmr

I dont know if I believe him but I can see it happening when the hype was there back in december 2017.
Crypto can be addictive and can buy things more easier then if it were real money because of its high volatility.

Excerpt from the post
"I got into cryptocurrency Jan 2017 with about $60k (invest over the period of Jan-March). By December I had over $1.6MM, while having pulled out 400k in '17 and another 300k in '18. Basically, after paying/setting aside for taxes and the crash, I had about 480k and 150k left in crypto, as well as having recouped my initial investment.

So, what does a 27 year old guy do, you might ask? I spent March '18 to August '18 traveling the world and blowing cash like a mad man. I didn't buy many material things (besides some clothes, random shit around the house that I needed, etc.), I spent it all on experiences. Traveled to over 25 countries, stayed in nice hotels, ate at the worlds finest restaurants (literally)... and... got addicted to hookers.

So I've had sex with maybe over 100 escorts. High class ones, famous porn stars, and one street walker who caught me off guard at a bar while I was hammered. I've made over 15 pornos (two with VERY famous porn stars), maybe spending a total of 140k on hookers in '18. It was AMAZING, and I basically have the best jerk off material I could ever get my hands on for life."
etc

I am wondering if you would be so careless if you spent $60k and ended up with $1.66 million after cashing out?
I would think most level headed people would use it and invest it instead so it makes you more and doesnt run out like it did for him.
This would be more or less the most common sense thing to do for most people.
Wouldnt you agree?

It sounds fake to me, a lot of fake cryto stories popping out nowadays and this one seems to me as an all time fake, if its true, he shouldve linked that two pornos he said, anyways its a porn, its free, that way he can prove to anyone here right now that his story is really occured and not just like a movies where there is a script.
