Re: Will Accept BTC and Doge for Custom GPU Rigs for Local Pickup - Chicago, IL USA

I would start by listing specs and pictures. If you are one of those milk crate guys don't bother trying to sell those as mining rigs.

Personally I build floor to ceiling wooden racks and wire up new circuits for my customers. I haven't quite perfected everything yet because it is hard to get a steady enough supply of any particular parts. I'm in SW MI. I might hit you up sometime when I'm cashing coins out. My personal rig is only about 15Mh

I ordered some before that I've been using for a few weeks And just ordered 10 more through the BTC store. I put 5 of the long and 5 of the short. If you have shortages just send me 10 of whatever is easiest. If you end up with leftovers hit me up I kinda want like 10 more but I'm trying to sit on BTC as long as I can while the prices are low.

As much as I love cgremote/cgwatcher I've been switching all of my rigs over to linux. Even with the administration of the mining being a little harder it still just mines so much better that I've had to make the switch. I'm sitting at nearly 15Mh now

I have a double D factory overclock XFX 280x and no matter what I do it is TRASH hash. I have had great luck with the HIS and Asus but diamond, gigabyte and XFX 280x's have been horrible for me.

did that last bug fix update get pushed out to the auto update yet? I thought I had auto update set but nothing pushed through.

Has cgremote been updated in a while? I'm having weird connection issues lately. I have 8 machines and it seems to lag quite a bit when I first open it and it just doesn't seem responsive for a while

List of motherboards supporting 4+ GPU's (on risers) WITHOUT pin shorting?

I see the thread about boards you'll need to short with https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=36061.0 but I'm shopping for some more motherboards right now and I'm wondering if anybody has a list of boards that I won't have to short with?

You people suck at reading, he merely said that he currently has a 5GPU rig and has a $5k budget to EXPAND.

I put in 3 new circuits and built a nice big rack. some people using the metal home depot type racks. I built a wood one around box fans to blow over everything. Right now I'm about to start buying some better motherboards and going with 4-5 GPU's a rig instead of the current that is mostly 2 GPU's a rig. The current ones I bought super cheap and just started tossing them up but now that I'm approaching space limitations I'm expanding. I might just move the current motherboards over to a different area though.

with something like the reference coolers found in the 290's I think with a cool ambient temp and enough airflow you can probably keep them cool jammed up that close together.

I never even thought of putting things into a datacenter but that really could be worth it...

Just edited my post with the LTC address: LPnfKgTfM6JXKh4UowPN6Czcj6GFJyACND

I have near 7.5Mh and a 290x coming in on friday. I'm keeping only a small portion pointed at you while I check you guys out. Any dips from me should be temporary. I plan on juggling my rigs around a bit and doing some more performance tuning.

Re: [CENT] Pennies launched
by

And that's good enough for me Smiley

I'll scoop up some extra Pennies for the last stake just before stake is fixed Smiley

For you - maybe. And what about others? Personally i spent >100LTC in it and when cryptsy started to lag at 1st of december i decided to cancel all my buy orders at most of the pairs and i clicked to cancel cent/ltc buys a lot of times and even recieved "cancelled successfully". But after about half an our i recieved a new message that i bought them. Bought for all that >100 ltcs. And what you think i must do? If ltc market will be delisted then i will not recieve anything for them. This will be the end of cents for everyone. Just "stake dumpers" like you will get profit. Others will be with cents that worth nothing. Market must live and coin must be returned to a life.

PS: xpm market will be closed too if you and others let vern and john close ltc market.
There is absolutely no need for an LTC market, this coin is crap and can't even hold any value at XPM. I guarantee you had opportunities to dump this coin when everybody else did but you were stuck looking at that 100LTC that you HAD and because of that it kept dropping. I will not put over .3BTC in any low level altcoin because it is an insanely big gamble. Stick with the big coins if you can't afford to flush your money down the toilet because minor coins are living on the edge.

Don't be angry with cryptsy, be angry at the former developer of this coin that let it break so badly or help the current guy get it fixed. When everything is working better that is hope that it can gain some traction with XPM sales.

Can I use this pool if I have only 750kh or is it only for "big" guys?  Smiley (can == should)

I started with < 100kh and was still getting payouts. Convinced me to upgrade my hardware and only now am I pushing 600kh and its well worth it to mine here. Where else would you go? If you want to mine alts and get paid in BTC this is the best/easiest way.

best AND easiest don't go together.... this is the easiest but certainly not the best. How much is your time worth? Coin juggling and exchanging is more work than most people realize. I'm pushing about 7Mh and I'm on here because I got sick of juggling around and needed something less hands on for the holidays at least. When I have more free time I'll re-evaluate juggling them myself

Hopefully the stats delay will explain why my earnings are incredibly low right now

I too have lost money in the CENT/XPM fiasco. Only my last set of trades was to BUY CENT which is now completely gone Sad So I don't have a way to claim I'm missing XPM because I actually bought CENT.

I think I need to just go through and withdraw my funds

Im mining the whole day, the eu server is stable, my hashrate is updating, but my balance didn't move at all...
I have the US pool as my main with a rollover to EU when the US is down so if everybody sets them both we should be in good shape
