What is the amount of graft coin required for Supernode?

  • Miner Supernode can generate revenue by earning block rewards. The only requirement (in addition to public IP) is higher computing power required for PoW mining. Miner supernode is the last step before the next and highest level.

Hi, another question, what will be the POS/POW algos? Whats not clear to me, is, if I have a supernode and want to POW will your POW cpu/gpu/asic?

So, can you please talk more on such topics, thanks.
Im pretty sure there’s no information out on this yet and they’ll release it as it becomes available.

Yeah, I dont doubt that. But to go into super nodes without a plan... mmm you know. And its time to get more tech information.

GRAFT PRE-SALE ON NEM PLATFORM

We are very happy to announce that Graft token pre-sale will be conducted using a token based on NEM Mosaic, a smart contract token platform. The Graft NEM based tokens (Graft:token) will be exchanged to GRF coins once Graft network becomes operational, which is preliminary scheduled for the end of the year. We are seeking to sell 135,000 Graft:tokens for 353.7 BTC. Pre-sale will start on September 15th 2017 at 15pm UTC and end on September 22nd 2017 at 15pm UTC. The pre-sale price of one Graft:token (0.001843 BTC / 0.028 ETH / 28.06 XEM) is 30% less than the final sale price which is set to 0.00262 BTC / 0.04 ETH / 40.09 XEM.

The Graft coin is called Graft (GRF), and is the “fuel” of the Graft platform. GRF are cryptographic tokens that will enable purchasers to transact and operate services on the Graft platform when it is launched by Graft. GRF is required for participation in Graft network activities, including but not limited to operating the full supernodes, which provide instant confirmations and other important network services. The total supply (maximum number) of GRF is 18,446,744. The majority of GRF will be created as a block reward by supernode operators during several years of mining. Since Graft uses combined Pow/PoS algorithm, 500 GRF will be required to deposit as proof of stake in order to operate the full supernode. For more details about its uses in the network, please see Graft white paper or/and Frequently Asked Questions:
https://github.com/graft-project/graft-white-paper/blob/master/graft-white-paper-1.02/graft-white-paper-1.02.md
https://www.graft.network/frequently-asked-questions/

At the time of the pre-sale, the Graft platform will not have been launched. Purchasers in the pre-sale will acquire Graft:token (NEM based smart contract tokens) in exchange for BTC, ETH, or XEM. 135,000 Graft:tokens pre-sold in this manner can be exchanged to GRF coins created in the Graft genesis block. Graft will allocate equivalent amount of GRF purchased in the pre-sale in the genesis block. The genesis block will constitute the inception of operation of the Graft network.

Hey,

nice to have you here Smiley
I really like your ideas, especially that it doesn't need to be a full takeover. Offering a working client which is compatible with the network would involve way less difficulties — the only "problem" would be to spread the word about the new client and get users and, more importantly, exchanges to run it. But that's nothing unsolvable, imho.

I'm inclined to at least give Crowe another chance to leave a reply, but then again, I wonder what for. We'll get the usual empty promises, talk about 4 dedicated developers only for QORA (who, by the way, could have coded a whole new operating system by now if they actually existed and coded all the time since they got "employed"), ppl will get euphoric and then, guess what: nothing will happen.

I was offered to join a chatroom dedicated to QORA developers, and it initially gave me some hope, but I guess I just fell for it again.

Maybe we could set up a communications channel for all those who are interested in actively moving the project forward, so we can organize and talk things through.

You're welcome to join: https://t.me/joinchat/AUgGYEIRnFsqwOIVA3aJxg

.edit2: added public link

Yup, we need a MVP that just works, and wont use all available RAM.

In fact it works THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS if i recover my quora coins i ll send you few

Sure! I know its frustrating sometimes with all this altcoins, you do expect a piece of software (network based) to just connect out of the box, glad to help you.

It seems that the software has some old and offline peers/nodes/servers burn into the code, so it first tries to connect to them. So after 5 minutes it starts with the ones on the file.

Why they should be on a fork? I think the Dev would certainly communicate updates to the biggest exchange of qora...
On the last pump, all deposit and withdraw was deactivated. Polo may follow their own agenda?  Roll Eyes

Biggest and the only exchange of QORA, its not available anywhere else

This problems with POLO are coming back and back to bite us in the *ss again every couple of months. I guess we need two things to get them sorted out.

1.- Get QOra into a couple of more exhanges
2.- Help POLO get their act together regarding QORA.

For my part, I just filled a ticket with my transactions problems, since there are more than a couple of test transactions I have something to show them theres a problem. I guess they will disable their wallet.

Hello everybody,

So on 9th of april I sent some coins to my addres at Polo, never got there. Then on the 11th again, and well after 1355 confirms, theres nothing showing up on my account. Heres the link to the blockexplorer.

http://node.qora.tech:9090/index/blockexplorer.html?addr=QhoycemuSAQNT6XyMqtiZKV37rWU9nx7D5

Could those guys be on a fork? Also is there another exchange that accepts Qora, just to try with them, thanks.

Hello all,

I'm in need of assistance!

I don't seem to find how to import old wallet.dat files into the new wallet.
Any clue how to do this?

I'm figuring so far that this could be done with the wallet's console with perhaps dumpwallet or importwallet commad or similar.
I've been able to make sure that the pathname specified is correct, otherwise I get the error "Cannot open wallet dump file (code -8)".
When the path is correct, the console seems to think for a split second and prompts nothing in return and nothing happens in the wallet app.

My new wallet has yet to be synced, so this might still be the problem?

The wallet.dat might be password protected. Might be. Would the console prompt any kind of error message in this case?

Have you tried moving the wallet.dat created by the new client to a new name lets say wallet.dat.NEW, and then copy the old one to replace it and then start the client.

Hello Thanasis,

For the last month, (maybe the last 40 days or so) finally the MT bot is showing positive trades and gains, as follows ;

BTC        | B/H: 763.88%         | Bot: 355.66%

Thank you and congrats sir! Can you please explain why it shows a B/H so high when the price just moves a $100 or $200 on BTC?

From november to february it was a really bad market for me, around 60% losses, but now im out of the red and a lot happier!!

I can see that on this last days the bot hurts only on the big dips (less tan 25 minutes) taking around 30% losses. This is just and observation, maybe it can help you someway :-)

Also, would you consider charging a little more for the bot and raising the trading pairs to maybe 8 or 10?

thanks.

Hello Thanasis,

Since Metatrader "The bot continuously retrieves information across any exchange platform, any trading coin pair and any time interval and decides at every tick where to buy, where to sell and where to be inactive." So I undestand that the bots reads every pair on the market and has information on each of them.

Is is possible for you to add a feature where the bot suggests a new trading pair?

Let me explain, lets say I have my 5 trading pairs running but there not doing so well. So the bot will display a message like "your worst trading pair is BTC/USD with -15%. The market shows that the pair ETH/BTC is at 2%, and LTC/BTC at 1.5% try changing to any one of this pairs.

Thank you sir.
