What I can understand is you want to keep your BTC as it is & buy altcoins in USD or other fiat money. so I think the best options would be Hitbtc / yobit / poloniex. here you can buy altcoins using fiat money.

I do have too. At the same time I post 1st comment here have sold my old Ebtc as well. there was some buyers there at the price of below USD 0.008. so I sold old & kept new EBTC with me. That' why i asked you to give a try there 

Why don't you give a try to sell in HitBTC. more you delay more you lose value of your old Ebtc

They did not scammed but there were lot of cheaters with fake profiles claimed coins. so they had some hard time when distributing bounty tokens.
Maybe some are just got unlucky but most got there tokens & ATS team done a grate job at the end

 Online pettition was sign by people requesting lift this ban & it reach 1000+ very fast. have to wait & see what will happen next

What I think now the issue is most are not added ATS using custom token so they will not see whether they received or not. even after they received they claim they did not received due to unaware about adding ATS to token list using custom token.

It would be really grate if they can add ATS in bitrex & poloniex  

First time even I did not get my tokens. but after they decide to pay all I received mine. After that didn't get any mail. but in there blog they have mention that they have applied to list token in exchanges & they will post in there blog the names of exchanges once they listed.
