I can confirm their withdrawal time. I had a couple of withdrawals so far and they took a couple of hours each to be completed. If a site decides to work with a bonus for new deposits, it is important that there is clarity for the user and that there are no misunderstandings. Many players have gone wrong with that. I don't know about this particular case, but the screenshot shows that this guy has some issues with the security dep. of this casino. I think it would be fair and useful to show us screenshots of his discussion with the support team. That's would really clear the situation.
