The current priority is to launch Discussions 2.0 and get an  ATMOS/BTC pair on a high volume exchange. Discussions 2.0 is on track to launch at the end of January 2020 and the goal is to have a listing to coincide with this launch.

Discord is always a good option for real time communication, Or post to beta.discussions.app since the team is constantly on there testing and working on issues.

ATMOS will be used to power the economic incentive model that enables content system to function(arbitration, police nodes, bounty system). EOS is providing network security and bandwidth. The Novusphere whitepaper will be officially released soon, and addresses how this system will fucnction if the community decides to launch as a dApp instead of continuing development on its own chain. I recommend the discord https://discord.gg/FZtf2RT if you want to stay current. The dev holds weekly audio meetings where you can ask questions.

Eventually, but first comes web wallet which is dropping soon. Next is Test Net for the new blockchain which is coming sometime this quarter. Then Comes Coin swap. Plenty of time before that is a worry

Lately, the community has been discussing these draft proposals, https://novusphere.io/resources.html which we will be voting on. Once there is consensus,  test nets will be set up to try out the most popular proposals.
