Not gonna use OP service. No answer on several e-mails since 1 week back. Bad customer service.

We have responded to your e-mail.

The trade was created 4th December. You sent a single small deposit and miscalculated on transaction fees and want it returned.

Transactions fees have been so high recently, at one point going above 400 sat/vb, that it would cost us the same amount in Transaction Fees, just to send this back to you.

As a good will gesture, we have extended and extended this trade for you. It remains open, if you send the remaining balance, it will complete as expected.

OK, thanks for answering. You can close the transaction and keep the BTC as a donation. Fees high at the moment.

Does this only 0.4% fee makes the Tumblers, the most cheapest and yet most effective mixer that can be used by an average person ?
As i see the reviews in the review campaign were satisfactory.

The cheapest - no, one of the most effective - yes. I've seen cheaper mixers in terms of fees, but they don't have as much functionality as tumbler.io.

The cheapest commissions are from https://anonymix.io/:

Tried anonymix,io with small amount, not sure what min mixing amount is? Did not get any BTC, neither a letter of guarantee. Is it a scam?

You could try using Block explorers to check the inputs of your received Bitcoin transactions. You will probably notice that your pre-mixing transaction has been delinked from your post mixing transaction.

Thanks for info. Gonna try that.

Hi

I was there a few days ago.

Surely because the website is again under a DDOS attack.
Quoting myself:

The website was fighting with a huge DDOS attack and since they refuse absolutely to use any MITM service (Cloudflare and co.)

The .onion URL is working fine currently

Taking this long to get it running. Still cant access it.

Your deposit isn't considered valid by the system because it's under the minimum amount so your funds will be sent back automatically to the address you used to deposit.

It's great that foolazz22 raised this question, I know it's not the mixer's fault but what happens when fees are pretty high, in other words, in order to refund him his $15 at least $10 of it will go in fees, on the other hand, setting low fees might make the transaction stuck for a very long period of time.

What I propose instead, if possible, is to give the user enough time to add a second transfer to bring the total of his deposit to 0.001BTC.

Yes, that would be a good option if possible to integrate. Have not received my funds yet.

Hello

What happens when deposited accidentally less than 0.001 BTC? Have letter of guarantee, but not private keys. Contacted support but still no answer. Its not a big value deposit, but still. Thanks for any insights.

Don't send them anything, it's a scam!
No one will give you 0.5 btc for free. Even if it was my friend who did it then I'll have some doubts.
Besides why are they asking you to deposit 0.002 btc before you can withdraw? Why don't they cut it from the 0.5 then  send you the remaining amount. It doesn't make any sense.
"If it's too good to be true.."
Please, remove the direct link to this scam website from OP or use code tags so it becomes non-clickable.

Yes, thank you all for confirming my doubts. I removed the link. Scammers shame!

It's a classic style scam, they will keep increasing your first deposit request until your money is drained out.
Let's go to the "about us" page[1], mentioned that:

Thanks for explaining this in detail!! I appreciate it. I have to hold / rethink my situation.

EDIT: I contacted the support site and have not received any response to my query.
Unless if you already sent some coins to them and were looking forward to getting your issue resolved, why waste your time contacting them?
They are proven scammers and from what it looks, they are not going to come back here after getting exposed

I made contact bc wanted to see if they reply anything regarding the scam accusation. Seems they're in the wind.

Any refund / contact from Whalemixer?

I know from the other thread you're looking for some way to mix your bcash, but believe me... This one isn't... Really...
This dude (whalemixer's operator) has not been online since the 18th, so he couldn't have solved any issues.

The previous issues he solved were solved by "pure luck". He just found some funds that magically appeared in his wallet and that could not be matched up by his internal (flawed) accounting mechanism (that protects him, and not his customers), and the "magically appearing" amount correlated to the ammount "lost" by somebody that used his mixer but had no way of proving this. This, combined with community pressure, convinced him to give the funds that "magically" appeared in his wallet to the victim of his site.
It wasn't honesty, it wasn't proper procedures, it wasn't any kind of proof... It was just good luck, community pressure and "magic" that solved previous accusations... And i don't see a positive future for this accusation TBH...

  • He lies about the source of his funds, they might not even be clean, but they're certainly not coinbase rewards
  • He lies about the fees
  • He lies about the automation
  • He lies about the amount of funds he has availabe
  • He lies about his letter of guarantee (he does not provide you with one)
  • He lies about the speed of his contact methods
  • He has active scam reports

Really, this one you should stay away from, atleast untill he cleans up his act.

I know you might be desperate to mix your Bcash, but really, you basically have the choice between holding on to your unmixed bcash untill you find a legit mixer, or sending it to this one and having a REALLY big chance of getting scammed and having no Bcash at all after the process.

Thanks for explaining this in detail!! I appreciate it. I have to hold / rethink my situation.

I'm not sure if it's against the rules to accept gifts? Could someone answer that, thank you.
On-forum altcoin giveaways are against the rules (and can get you banned). It's allowed by PM.

Did you make a transfer Did not receive anything, maybe some problem with my wallet.
The address you posted received $25-ish around the time whalemixer1 posted this.

I would have PM:d but it's not possible as noob/Jr member. So, it is a little weird. Never mind,
