Any plans on allowing trading of S17Pro shares?

Same question here, markets were supposed to be opened after 12/31.

Also any news about the API?

Has the good old hashnest API disappeared with the upgrade?

API user here as well, seems the API is not working anymore?

We need the API back, it's very useful to monitor miners/payouts.

Seems there is a problem with btc withdrawals? I have a pending withdrawal for a few hours now, it says 0 confirms, but I cannot see the transaction on blockchain explorers (could be that the wallet is not broadcasting transactions?)

Sometimes there are delays.

Try observing for a few hours more. If you still don’t see any new updates, be sure to let our support team @ https://hashnest.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so that they can quickly assist you.

Received! thanks!

Hello!

How has everyone been?

Z11 will be restocked tonight Beijing time 10 PM, so for those who are waiting to get some ZEC, tonight presents your chance!

Also, ZEC mining has been switched to PPS mode for the time being. We will also be doing a ZEC wallet maintenance for the next 72 hours. Deposit and withdrawal function are temporarily unavailable.

Let us know if you need more clarifications!

Any specific reason for switching to PPS? is it permanent?

As you know PPLNS is more profitable for miners in the long run.

The btc withdrawal issue is bad, one tx unconfirmed for 4 days now, and a new one was sent with a very low fee as well:

Fees    0.0000168 BTC
Fee per byte    6.747 sat/B

While the withdrawal fee is 0.0004 btc on your website.

This is a real problem right now, please fix this!

Ok both transaction confirmed, still 4 days is way too long to wait!

I agree. The customer pays 40000 sats and Bitmain only uses 1680 sats to pay the fee. This is outrageous. Do you happen to know which pool finally included the block? Chances are good that it was one of Bitmain's pools. If so, they got to pocket the whole 40k sats and you got to wait four days. This makes Walmart's lines look like a customer service dream in comparison.  Cheesy

None of the blocks was mined by Antpool, but it's urgent, this should be fixed, I was about to pay $18 to accelerate the transaction with another pool.

They should charge some fee extra as they have to move your coins into cold storage. However, I don't see why companies like this can't use dynamic fees or ask people to manually se their own fees themselves (with a recommended fee as an autofill)...

Indeed dynamic fee would be the best solution to use, they should use fee estimation built in bitcoin core (estimatesmartfee).

Curious why the G32 is not selling. Seems to be the best nominal value among Hashnest offerings.

 Huh

Price 4000 USD not very cheap?
August pre-order is 3 months away?
GRIN is not a well known coin?

3 months is a bit too long for a pre-order, especially for an asic with a brand new algo, no asic is out yet, and no one can be sure those will be out on time with the advertised specs. here's an interesting read about it:

Oh and GRIN is a well known coin  Grin

Please increase the fee for your btc withdrawals, my withdrawal have been unconfirmed for 24 hours.

6.747 sat/B  fee is too low with the current mempool state.
