Since you "liked" this test so much, I recommend you go to a casino operated by Dama NV that has one of the kyc locations to take a selfie with your documents in front of your house, the address sign should be in the frame, one of their casinos is luckyfriends.

cloudbet ask me this already
need a newspaper of the day, with username and selfie from the front of my street sign... i live in the philippines, the street sign was more than 1km from home  hahha
but at least this make more sense than a coffee receipt

anyway the MONEY was received 1hour after my last update.
case closed, but stay away from ggbet guys hahhahaa

i receive withdraw before never an issue

anyway some update.

withdrawl was approved and its processing since few days
but still nothing

when i contact them i just get  :"Thanks for waiting! Your withdrawal request for 92.57 USD is already in progress. Our Financial department has completed their part, and now it's in the hands of the payment service provider. While they may take up to 5 business days to process it (excluding weekends and holidays), we usually see faster results. The countdown starts the day after your request received the "Process" status."

ok. its funny because when i was not verified i received withdraw less than 24hours and now im verified it take lot of times lol
ironic
for 92 usd hahaha thanks i dont have a lot in any bookmakers
this industry really need to change some rules

so i have 92 usdt on ggbet that i try to withdraw
they ask KYC
i send passport selfie and my tax return

then they ask  :" You also need to provide a photo of a document confirming your location along with your document, like a receipt from a coffee shop"
this is the first time ever bookmaker ask me to go to my street and buy something keep the receipt and take selfie with

i not play anymore on crypto bookmaker i just withdraw since sleeping money but good luck to you guys
in my country i play on regulated casino/ bookmaker
kyc when u create account then its done nothing else anymore
crypto world has changed in a bad way

edit : my account is finally fully verified
but the experience for the kyc was akward to be honest
The crypto world has changed but not in such a ridiculous way. Did you do some research before you decided to register on GG.BET? I don't think they are the best casino out there. I suggest you play on a casino that has an ongoing signature campaign on this forum because such casinos usually are very serious about their trust here and won't ruin their reputation for a few bucks.

Have a look at Web3 casinos. For example, if you connect your Web3 wallet to Metawin, you'll be able to deposit and withdraw up to 10 ETH without a pesky human interaction. I also suggest you to check Bustabit and Bustadice if these two games are the reason why you play, they almost never ask for KYC.
There are some other good options too, check this list, most of them are good but do research of every casino before you play - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0

i not do casino as i said before i do sportsbetting
so all the web3 casino are useless to me, some have sports bookmakers but not lot of games
im not a newbie i have accounts on all the crypto bookmakers before, getting limited everywhere, now i just use my local bookmakers
but i was just trying to withdraw my money  from sleeping account

u should stop thinkin that everyone is a newbie when they make a post.

This is the reason I prefer a gambling site like Stake.com. You will not be able to deposit if you do not get verified. At least, you will know that you have no money there and this will not be stressful for you or you will not get verified and not use the gambling site. Unlike a gambling site that you will be able to deposit, win bets and unable to withdraw without getting verified. This is shady in my opinion but common to many crypto gambling sites.
Settling for reputable casinos will save you a whole lot of stress like this one because, if it stakes truly their KYC verifications procedures won't get to this level, and asking for such documents can be seen as a way of frustrating the gambler leaving his remaining balance because maybe he will not be able to meet up with such receipts demanded, I advise fork's to go on with stake if you are a newbie and looking for was to gamble in peace, at least until recently stake don't even asked for outright KYC verifications until there is need to do so, but regulations have changed and now stake take a few documents from players and get their account verified at a go so yes I prefer stake or Rollbits, meta wing and even betpanda, betfury debit and a lot of the other reputable casinos that we have here in the forum.

im sorry but
stake  : not lot of sportsbetting option
rollbit : interview in video for kyc and asking u to connect to binance account to show that u are the owner of the crypto and that u buy it, asking u to see ur session on the laptop is in ur name

the Terms and conditions i read all the time, and lets be honest it never mentionned this kind of kyc
kyc always show bank statement / bills, source of funds, id
but they not say they will interview you or that u need receipt from ur location

if u bet on casino maybe its lighter but for the sportsbetting its a nightmare actually and its not like i bet thousand dollars

Saw the update. So you were fully verified now, may I affrim you have successfully withdrawn your funds, op? just wanted to make sure as there have been situations where gambling platforms asked for further documents after.

In any case, the request is certainly odd lol. I'd say shop receipts are easier to forge than utility bills so I don't get it—it's essentially a downgrade. But if I was in your shoes and was able to withdraw the full amount, I may have considered it a blessing in disguise as I don't need to send my utility bill with our address in it.

Thanks for sharing, op. KYCs getting weirder over time lol. But I guess I should not be surprised.

i ask for the withdraw im still waiting now. i know ggbet take around 24 hours so let see how it goes i will update u again

Are you sure what the casino representative meant was a receipt from a coffee shop? Or what he meant was a utility bill receipt to prove that you actually reside in the geographical location you filled while verifying your account details?. Because asking for Utility bill is a common criterias which are always been needed for account verifications, as it involves recurring charges for home maintenance such as Electricity bill, Water bill, Gas bill, Internet bill, Phone bill, Cable TV Subscription bill and Waste Management Bill. And as such, any of these documents can be used in verifying your account as utility bill, inasmuch as it's still not more than 2 or 3 months old. As some casinos can specify that the utility bill should not be more than 2 months old.

Believe me reading the OP statement about going to the shop to get snacks and snapping the receipt for KYC requirements from the casino was a little funny and off if actually that really happened. And just like him I have seen not come across something that when it comes to KYC verification from any casino and I know I have gambler and verify a couple of my casino account both online and offline the community and not once seen this although it can be as you have said it, maybe what the casino meant was a different thing to what the Op is saying or due to lack of good understanding.

man i post the picture of the chat conversation with the agent so pleaze double check
why u want me to lie i did not misunderstood anything i can even post the kyc documents that i send to them i have nothing to hide
i create this post just to make ppl aware of a new kyc request because im part of this community and i try to help when i can

Just simply any utility bill receipts is just what they were requesting from you to make available to verify for sure you're a resident at where you claim to be as your location. I think casinos nowadays go this extra miles to requesting for such unexpected documents just to make sure they are not being played a fast one on by some users.

they really ask for store receipt haha and no utility bills thats why it was weird for me. u expect every kind of legit documents but a store receipt
some bookmaker asked me newspaper of the day with my username on it already hahha

For real?

This is the most absurd KYC I have ever seen in my life, the fact that they asked for a ticket is weird and stupid, I mean if their fear is that some one send fake documents the easiest documento to falsificate would be a Shop ticket, we can even print It at Home and then take the picture.

The KYC process is something involved with lot of sourprices. And this thread is a good example.

check by urself hahha
its a bit surreal but nothing surprise me anymore in this world.
im curious to see until where they will go for kyc

i be verified everywhere i dont have any issue but thanks my street adress have a legit shop because im in the philippines and its not everywhere that u can find store who provide receipt.
its just surprised me that they ask this

You're lucky to get a receipt; we have the same location, and if they asked me to go on verification using this method, I would have failed because what we have here is a small store, and its unusual for them to be asked for a receipt.
I have not encountered this type of verification process, but they should make it easy for some people who do not have a store bearing the same street like on the document you presented. Gamblers should check how their favorite casino does their verification, because this one is very uncomfortable.
hahha where did u live ? if i put the adress of my home in Negros, have no shop around 5km hahhahaha
the issue is if u check the terms and conditions it never show that they can ask this kind of documents.

i guess its because im a foreigner in the country where i live
but once again they accept my tax return so it not make sense
i just send the receipt now so im waiting update about my kyc ..
I am just playing devil's advocate here to try to understand what may have gone wrong. It is not exactly out of place for a casino to request additional information to reach a decision on a withdrawal. I just like them to be very responsive.

Keep us updated with the outcome of the discussion with the support team.

This is a weird KYC request from them. Did they give a hint that they suspected the first documents you sent were not authentic and they followed up with this request to use and validate them? This is the only reason I can think of for such a request.

Have you been able to withdraw your funds now, if yes, how many days was it withheld for?

Light bill and receipt from waste management company in my country using contains these information and they can be used for verification.

Do you by any chance happen to be in possession with this type of receipt? If you do then you can try submitting it since it contains your house address, use the most recent one and see if there will be any difference.

na unfortunately this condo is in the name of my wife and the house in another island is in my name so all documents on her name
but i mean come on my tax return from last month is not enough for 92 dollars i cant imagine what they will ask if i win a million hahah

Some crypto casinos ask for such documents to prove that you leave in the location you filled to leave in, most casinos that I see this kind of special receipt request more secure in terms of account security reasons is that with such documents requirements it will be hard for imposters with gamblers stolen documents like license or even government ID numbers that manage to bypass the normal documents kyc won't be able to provide such receipt a d at that there will get nailed from that point.

So for sure if you can provide your source of funds and also tax returns, getting a receipt from a nearby shopping mall won't be a hard deal for you, so just get on with that and get your funds to put or play with it.

Sorry that I’m a bit skeptical but since Bitcointalk is a site where anyone can just come and create an account claiming to be someone that they are not can you at least include this “email” you used in your thread in your profile description in Tipstrr.com? At least that will give us a little assurance that we’re dealing with the real Jeremy and not an imposter.
I sincerely doubt he will want to do as you have requested in other to proof himself legit.
Going through the Jeremy profile he shared here on tipster, that account was registered just last month, that is December 2024, and here he claim to have been in the betting industry since 2013.

And going by the information on the screenshot below, it even seems to me like the account is in a loss at the moment... Read this part...

Based on level stakes of £10, Jeremy Price has made -£27.10 profit in the last 1 week across 9 football tips (roughly 9 tips per week), giving an average monthly profit of -£27.10.

Avoid this dude, except there is something I've miss, I've not read all the comments.
