URSAY,

Are we stuck with the rate when it finally came through, or will we be credited additional coin to compensate for the fees and the time lapsed from when the rate has changed?

Update:

I just received the funds to my Blockchain.info account. However, the rate is the current rate and not the rate at which I purchased. I placed the buy order April 7, at 4:15p Eastern. Price should have been at about $161, meaning I should have received somewhere around 1.78881987 instead of the 1.46991352 I received. I put in $300, less the fees (will I receive a refund?), so about $288.

Thanks for getting me this far, like you say one step at a time. But what's next? Thanks URSAY

If you are on this list then I have manually pushed your order thru.  You may see results soon.  Your tickets will remain open and they will still be escalated regardless.  Cheesy

I'm not really sure what information to post, but here's what's going on with me:

First time bitcoin user. I created an account on blockchain.info, and used their cash deposit process through bitinstant to deposit $300 to my account via moneygram (at Walmart). I completed the transaction, took the zipzap form to Walmart, and made the deposit. By the time I got home I had an email saying it had gone though, but I still don't have any money in my account.

It's been four or five hours. The only emails I received about this (at all), is one ZipZap email as a payment slip and a second email from ZipZap saying it was completed. I never received any emails from blockchain.info or BitInstant.

[...]

Edit: I see people are asking for ZipZap Acct number. Mine is: 491869913

Still nothing yet...

AGAIN...here is the list from yesterday.  4/6.  Smiley

Some of these are resolved but I haven't updated that info...

gbf4ever / yellowbellypig / Frostasus / gauchopuro / mercurial / dimasmjunior / noname6520 / archimediate / fallingupwards / Severian87 / Jge66 / kal31doscope / docwa / Joerg / Striker007 / JayTease / FYourself / illch / andrewb / Ace. / ericablabla / rzero / needbitcoinhelp / jtheboss95 / J0B00 / btlmermaid / whoiscasey / jankins / rstephe / taylored / glt512 / theunjustly / OpenYourEyes210

Again, I'm not on that list, nor the 4/7 list (even though I posted before the cut off), you have not addressed my problem in this thread, have not responded to PM, and the company hasn't responded to email or instant chat request. All I want to know is that I have a ticket in and that someone is looking at it. I know it may take time to get it fixed, I just want to make sure it's in the system. As long as the original trade rate is honored I don't mind waiting a bit, it's obvious you guys are swamped.

Thanks

Where is my name?
Man I need my fucking money bro lol

You are on the list for 4/6.  Please take note.

URSAY, can you please confirm I have a ticket open? I've PM'd you, posted here, emailed tech support, used the chat feature, and I still haven't had anyone tell me my problem is being looked at. Also, will I receive the correct rate of when I placed the order or will it be the rate when the problem gets resolved?

Thanks

What information can I use to check on this? There's nothing in my Blockchain.info account about it. All I really have is the account number and receive code from the ZipZap email.

Honestly, this is kind of a turn off being my first experience with bitcoin in general Undecided As someone who's fairly tech savvy I can't imagine someone who isn't doing this. Hard to see widespread acceptance when you can't even deposit money at Walmart without problems.

Edit: I see people are asking for ZipZap Acct number. Mine is: 491869913

I posted before your cut off -- any chance my issue is still being looked at?
