I have visited the website and I have not yet understood the TOKEN CHANGER ICO status. I have read that there are 3 stages, namely: Early Bird, Presale & Main Sale. At what point is the project now? Thanks.

I can see that there is a huge discount for early bird stage and Pre Sale stage. I have observed that when this happens, when the token gets listed on exchange the prices go down.
we understand your concern here. But the initial discounts is for investors who invest before others. They are the early adopters for us and will rightly benefit from the initial discounts. Also, since they are the ones who trust us more than the other investors, the chances of them staying with us are higher and we think of them as long-term investors.
What were the highest discounts that you granted to the initial investors? If the discounts are too high there is a big threat a lot of coins will be dumped.
You are correct, although it also depends on how many tokens you are selling at a discounted price - see below how we are doing it :
1% of token minted : 40% discount
2% of token minted : 30% discount
27% of token minted : 0% discount
Ok that seems to be alright, but are you only offering 30% of all tokens for public sale?
and another 20% is set aside to fund our loyalty program

So why would anyone opt for Token Changer if Bitshares is already existing and stable ?
#1. more flexible design -you can create a wide variety of stable tokens
#2. simpler process- you do not need to understand CFD(contracts for difference) to create tokens. Minters buy and sell stable tokens
#3. we are implementing on ethereum, which has the highest number of tokens in circulation. So, stable tokens have
more utility (initially) since they can be used on-chain for trading- example ETH/USD

Token canger's main purpose is to build distributed financial applications if indeed Amazon and Alibaba become co-workers of this system means this project should also build some applications that may be similar to their system or an application to sell online
the analogy with amazon and alibaba is that these sites carry a wide range of products
and our intent is to be the destination for financial products and services on the

these are tokens created by token changer itself. currently, there are two
native tokens on the platform. the TOC (market traded) and block points
(loyalty points)

What is the status of the project now?
Token Changer decentralized financial applications platform is live now on the Ethereum blockchain. You can trade dollar futures on the platform, earn a reward token called Block Points when you play market making roles in exchange transactions. You can also exchange this reward token for the platforms token called the TOC.
What are dollar futures? I can make a contract with someone to agree on a certain value of the dollar in the future? Against what is that measured?
the right phrase is ETH/USD futures. Essentially, you are betting on whether ETH/USD will go up or down at the end of the contract period.

Any particular advantage for having 2 tokens?
because we cannot estimate the quantity of loyalty points (block points)
users of the platform will earn, it is prudent not to assign any value to
loyalty points.
when we want to distribute rewards we use the following formula to
determine the exchange rate for loyalty points (block points)
TOC/BKP Exchange Rate = Total Supply of Block Points (loyalty points)

TOC Available for Distribution
This exchange rate is inputted into the Reward Distribution DAPP, which
will issue TOC to users that have block point balances.
You can off course elect not to exchange your block points at that rate
and wait for the next distribution to see if the rate has improved

Do you have vacancies or are you planning to hire more developers? Such a project requires a large staff.
Our tech stack is HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT/NODE.JS/SOLIDITY
Right now we can build any dapp we want to build on the ethereum blockchain...
but development will be slow. We are looking to deploy versions of our dapps on
the EOS, LISK and Stellar blockchains and like alex said, we need to rump up
the development team to achieve this.

What is the revenue you estimate to have at the start of the project? Or will obviously depend on many factors, but you will surely have a rough idea.
According to our roadmap, within 90 days after
the ICO will be launching two dapps.
(1) Dollar Token Minting DApp
(2) ETH/USD Trading DApp
What these two dapps will do, is to enable the
trading of ETH/USD trading pair on the ethereum
blockchain. This capability currently does not
exist. Lets's look at some numbers.
The ETH/USD pair according to coinmarketcap has
a daily trading volume of over $3bn. If we assume
that 1% to 10% of this trade comes home (to the
ethereum blockchain), we are looking at a daily
turnover of between $3 to $30 million USD.
The way our customer loyalty program works is that
users get a chuck of our commission. At 0.15%
flat rate, the commission revenue for this particular
dapp is estimated to be between $4,500 to $45,000
daily.

my understanding of coinmarketcap ranking is that it has to do with market capitalization. our token (ticker TOC) is
been priced at 0.15 cents at ICO. Our intent is to get to $1 within 24 months. We have to focus on execution and
that should reflect on market price and ranking on coinmarketcap.
Right now we are not so much worried about competition since the market is so big (global financial services and products).
ETH/USD is important, but it is just one of many. If we focus of speedy execution, we should be okay.

I read the white paper. Tried to find the idea of the project. It was written that 90 percent is over. But, in white paper very little specifics. A lot of thoughts of universal scale. I would like to see something that is not in other projects. Like, and the team is cool and all that sort of thing. It seems to me that white paper is overloaded with unnecessary information, why do so many sheets write about the problems of crypto currency? We all know this. Every time you start reading about the project, everyone writes that all projects are shit, and ours is the best. After a few sheets, you lose the thought. In the preface it is necessary to write about the essence of the project, briefly and concretely, then investors will have an interest.

similar sentiment (two or three replies in) like this. Not sure what is more concrete than dapps that are live on the
mainnet and testnets now.
