It shouldn't matter where you're located. As long as you can comply with the U.K. court's instructions you should be covered. It sounds like they require a U.K. address which can be rented from a mail box store. I would assume all of the mail would be automatically forwarded to where you are located. Since you are using a U.K. address in court it shouldn't matter what country you're from. Someone please confirm?

Right, but we're talking about enforcing a judgement.  Reversing a bank transfer or performing a chargeback means the payment processor reversed the charges, which does not require anything from AT.  Winning a judgement and then successfully collecting on it which is what that person wants to do) means they presented AT with a court order and AT then returned their money.  The former is, relatively speaking, easy to do as it does not require compliance from AT.  The latter, is almost impossible since it requires compliance from AT, and they have demonstrated time and again they are not going to comply with the law.  I am almost certain no one has successfully enforced a judgement against them and gotten actual money out of it.

That said, if their wafers are finished, then they must have taped-out when they said they were taping-out (the July update) as 2 months is the shortest realistic time frame from tape-out finishing to wafers going for processing.

Based on other manufacturers experience, it takes about 1 1/2 weeks from wafer completion, to chips "in hand". From there, you should allow 4 weeks for assembly, testing, tuning, firmware tweaks, before shipping, and that's optimistic. KNC sent their titan wafers for cutting and encapsulation in early August. They shipped in last week of September, but early results have not been good - huge numbers of DOA miners, firmware incompatible with multipools, and loads of stability problems.

No reply from Alpha regarding my request. You know, transactions are just kind of random when you're not expecting it and there isn't any message in the transaction or notification through other means. Seems like a problem that will only get worse as more people use crypto more often.

I have requested my refund from Alpha. I paid full (or rather foolishly) for a 50MH Viper.
Today I received 108 milliBits from that address.  Please don't tell me that is the extent of my refund.
