Hi Saharovvv,  I am not exactly sure what you mean by a service for our token but I am thinking you mean an exchange so you can have a exit strategy if at some time you want to sell.

And the answer is yes.  Definitely.  We are in talks about getting on the Jamaican government regulated security token exchange and/or the Barbados government regulation security token exchange.  This way you will have a government regulated exchange instead of just a company or website security token exchange.

Now if you meant something else by the term "service" please let me know.

Well I would recommend you do your research on projects.  Compared them to other projects in the same industry.  I would invest only what you can afford to and not invest all of your savings.

I would stay away from ICO's because they are not regulated and you really don't have much recourse with them.

STO's you own part of the company.

Make sure you have a exit strategy.  How long you want to be in a certain investment and how easy it is for you to get out of an investment/

I am not exactly sure what you mean by teaming up with a strong structure.  Do you mean working with an establish Vet clinics or ?

That depends on how much is raised which will dictate first how many are opened in the US first.  The advantage of Europe is that the countries and cities are closer so many more people can drive to have their dog treated.

For example it is over 2700 miles from NYC to LA.  Paris to Berlin is on 655 miles.  So we can build less clinics in Europe and still make is a viable drive for most Europeans.

Hello Answer United if you ask a specific question I will answer it.  So far the only specific question I see here is "Why is this project better than the rest?"

I cannot speak for any of the other project but I can tell you what ours is:

1.  It is a STO (Security Token Offering) under the jurisdiction of Rule 506(c) of the Securities laws of the United States.  Most of the others are ICO with no regulations.
2.  Our company has a real product which is a low cost, highly effective cancer treatment for people and dogs.  It has been working with people since 2009 and we will have real brick and mortar clinics.  NOT another software or app that may or may not really be needed.
3.  The price our taken will trade at is based on the same standard principle used when trading stock.

Yes there is $25M USD hard cap but as I have said above that if we raise the $10M.  I am seriously thinking of stopping at the $10M.  Use that $10 to open 10 plus clinics.  The run for for 6 months to a year.  And then come back for the Main Sale.  At that time, with a good track record, proof of paying out dividends, and strong revenue and profits, I believe we would be selling the SANA tokens in the Main Sale for significantly higher than the $0.10 we are selling them for now.

Or not even go back for any money.  Our revenue model shows that we can open 2 to 3 more clinics every year from JUST the profits of 2 clinics.  So we may be able to grow significantly WITHOUT having to bring in anymore investors.  Which means we will have a smaller group of investors getting a bigger share of the pie.

I believe so.  I have spoken with them about that and they are assured me, they are on top of that. And it will be very secure.

The course of Bitcoin has barely any affect on the development of AdSAna's cancer treatment project except for the fact that if the BTC the potential investing in AdSana is down they may not want to spend any of it to invest in our project.

But the SANA security token is not affected at all just like stocks in companies are not affected by the rise and fall of the BTC price.  The price of the SANA token will be affected by

1.  Opening of clinics and creating revenue/profit
2.  Supply and Demand of the SANA token
3.  The industry that AdSana is involved in which is cancer treatment.
4.  The actual profits earned by AdSana.

I am reaching out to them but as I have said before since we are bring out a low cost effective treatment I want to also let everyone who wants to invest, to be able to invest.  When I get funded through the big investment groups, you will not have a chance anymore to invest.  The will have dilution clauses in the contract that will not let us bring in more investors without their permission so that their position in the company and the share of ownership is not diluted.   The pre-sale is still going.  I did not change that date.  Thanks for pointing that out.

Hi Zonton, if you buy them during the STO.  Then for International Investors there is a 90 day hold and for US investors there is a 12 months.  But as I have said many times, you should hold them for much longer or at least hold have and if there is a profit sell the other half.  BUT.   I would not sell the other half, until my profit on selling that half would be more than my initial investment.

Zonton, if you end up buying them on the secondary market via a security token exchange then there is NO holding period and you can buy and sell anything you want.


In order to sign onto Sphinx you need to do a KYC and AML with them.  Then you can invest in any of their projects without doing another KYC.  But yes for a STO you much do a KYC and AML verification.   That said if you are waiting for us to be on Sphinx but could invest now, I would recommend investing now and I can do it all for you.  This way you are assured to get in at the $0.10 per token price.  It may not be at that price once we go on Sphinx.  It may go up to the Main Sale price of $0.20 per token

Total cost to get on the Jamaican Security Token Exchange is $40,000 is fees and $20,000 in legal fees for that jurisdiction.

Same way they are now.  The are minted within 24 hours of receiving a verified investment.

Once they are on the secondary market after the STO, then they are distributed like any exchange would.

That is not necessarily true Nevsky.  You see even before we go on the exchange we will be working with either a Jamaican and/or Barbados Broker-Dealer. And they will be selling the SANA token for us to investors.  Plus Sphinx is bringing on another company that has 2 million investors looking for new investments so we were be presented to them also.

Yes powerful projects don't use bounty at all.  I used a bounty program and it produce very little. I know I was new to the world and I needed some help to get the word out but most of the bounties only copied what I wrote and reposted it.  I instead hire some marketing people to help create content for the various media.

It is definitely getting my Telegram channel AdSana STO very active.  And I like that so I will keep working with them.  I have paid out the bounties and stopped the bounty program completely.
