we have to do something. We need to make people know that they are scammers and can't be trusted. I waited 7 months for a response from them. They just took all my money. They don't care about this forum and casino.guru

Nobody has managed to resolve the issue and get their money?

Now the forum admin will write to their representative Razer. After that you will receive a reply to your email that you have violated the rules. Your account is marked with a flag. Well, that's all. You won't even get your deposit back, and rollbit will continue to be advertised on this forum.

Remind me again what games were you playing at Rollbit? Casinos or sportsbetting? If they were casinos, you can raise to CG. There is a huge likelihood that they won't reply there, but the verdict made by CG can probably be used to mark this case as unresolved in my list [not to mention lower their score itself on CG].

Sir,

We have already responded to your email on 13th June.

Within our response, we provided you the opportunity to contact support and
explain the reasoning why 3rd party flags had been raised on your account
due to association (and therefore AML concerns).

You have failed to utilise this opportunity to explain the situation to our
support team and we therefore have no alternative than to report the account
and flags in line with our licence obligations.
FIU / GoAML Curacao may then further forward the information to local LEA as
they see fit.

We would refer you to our Terms & Conditions, specifically Section 5, which
an unexplained 3rd party flag would satisfy.

We are prohibited from providing evidence to support a 3rd party flag to the
flagged account holder.

We now consider this the end of the matter and would note you are no longer
welcome at Rollbit.

Six months later I received a message in my email from rollbit

Sir,
We have reviewed the account and can confirm that the actions taken to date have been carried out in line with our internal procedures and external reporting obligations for AML.
We must note that in circumstances where any AML concerns arise, and we subsequently fail to obtain a valid reason for the concerns raised, our licence conditions obligate us to notify the Curacao FIU, GoAML and any relevant local authorities.
To avoid this escalation, we require you to contact support, and honestly declare any potentially linked or associated accounts.
Once we have received this information, we may be able to resolve the issue, without the need for external escalation.
We would note that our legal inbox (legal@rollbit.com) can accept legal service if you wish to escalate this yourself via legal representation. Sincerely,

They have 17 unresolved complaints about casino.guru. It is difficult for them to single out 1 person who would solve problems with complaints. Or do you seriously think that they just do not see these complaints? I personally sent them a link to my complaint and asked for an answer. They just ignore everything. It is already clear to everyone that this casino is a scam. They are not going to solve anything.

I have seen you comments and accusations threads for quite a while now, and I ma prompted to ask you if you in deed have any contact with the support via email as established previously to be the only way to get this issue resolved?


If yes then you can share evidence of it for us to see the extent negligence from the team, or to see where you may have gone wrong to warrant them not to send you responses.

They don't care about this forum. They don't care about casino.guru. They don't care about their players. They just do what they want. If they don't want to give the money back, then they won't give it back. They haven't given me any information about my account for six months. They just took my $1250. How long will this continue?

They've been asking me for six months to provide other accounts. I've been telling them for six months that I've never used other accounts. I only have one account. I filed a complaint against them at Casino Guru. At first they responded, saying they would send evidence. Then they stopped responding. And the complaint was closed as unresolved. They don't respond here on the forum either. What else should I do?


6 months? Damn! That is a long time and it basically implies that you are not going to get your money regardless of whether you really have multiple accounts or not. They should have been more transparent with their findings though.


But actually, would you believe it if a brand new account in BitcoinTalk would say that a reputable service like RollBit was scamming him/her?

I will give the user SOME benefit of the doubt, but I would probably start believing him/her if a trustworthy member in BitcoinTalk would vouch for that user. OR if the campaign manager stops the campaign because he/she doesn't want to be linked to the dishonesty of the service.

What difference does it make whether I'm a newbie or not?

I believe that, with the presumption that it's a false-postive/you don't actually have other accounts, ask them why they're saying that you have more than one account? 🤔

Plus for those users that actually do have more than one account, but have not done anything nefarious in the casino, I believe it won't be a big issue to admit and list those other accounts.
If the user did not answer to Rollbit's request, it is like a case is closed at least from Rollbit side. The user can complain whenever he want but until a time he submits required information to Rollbit, his case won't be reopened and investigated again by Rollbit team.

That's why proper cooperation is important and if he didn't answer on Rollbit's request then expect that he won't really get a response in return.  I guess he just need to prove that he's not using multiple account and its time for Rollbit to release their proof since for sure they have reason on why this situation happened.

Also for sure that they won't do same action if they know that particular gambler didn't violate their rules since their reputation will get destroyed if they do that.

But still hoping for the best that both parties would settle up and this situation will be solve in future.

Another week has passed. I have not received any response.
I do not understand why all other complaints have some development, and my complaint has been ignored for almost half a year!
They did not answer me on the casino.guru website.
I only got one response from them on this forum:  As you've been told in support, you just need to list the other accounts that you've had on Rollbit.
That's all. Nothing more for six months.
I'm losing hope. It's terrible.
