I think they are asking for source of your coins, not source of your fiat money 
That means you need to explain from what wallet you send coins to HitBTC exchange, your own non-custodial wallet or from some other website/service.
I hope you don't have lot of funds stuck there, but my suggestion is to stop using any centralized exchanges and transition to decentralized exchange like Bisq and p2p trading.
I heard bad things about HitBTC before, just do a quick search and you will find a bunch of bad reviews and complains on internet.

I gave them - passports (my and who made the transfer) , notarial letter, pdf bank statments, photo with docs, skype session, screenshot from exchange... and
in the end they decided to just write - Unfortunately, we cannot accept any forged data as a valid source of funds report.
No evidence, they just decided to cancel my info just like that, without anything)))))))))
and sent them both screenshots and a LINK TO WEBSITE so that they could see everything for themselves. but they just write it is FORGED))

Can you please tell what are the documents you provided to them and they rejected it? If its in the form of fiat then bank statement is enough to be considered as valid source of income while if it is crypto then its kind of complicated but proving the address history and how did you made that with enough evidence is good though, if they still not helping to complete the verification then there is no actual way.I sent - withdrawal of cash in a few days then depositing cryptocurrency, crediting wages.

Do not use HitBTC, they have high transaction fee and they do seize users coin or freeze users account, asking the user to provide KYC documents.

At this point, not only did yoi gave them money but you are also giving them your data for free which they can sell in the future.
The OP did not mention if he had deposit the money at the exchange. When you upload the data (KYC), on the site, they can still sell your documents to anyone without knowing you and without banning your account. There is no need to ban your account in order to misuse your account.
That is the reason that we should only do KYC at the trusted site, otherwise our privacy, our data can be misused and in some cases, we never know where our data is being used for unlawful purposes.
I'm sorry, of course I deposited crypto first(without KYC) and then they asked me to do it all.
HitBtc exchange is a very shady exchange there have been many accusations about this exchange you should be aware of it.

While I hope for the best, I read stories that people were able to unlock the account, I hope it will be the same for me and HitBTC unlock me too.
Im my case they ask for " source of funds" - i'm send, at first they did not want to accept it, but then they wrote -

After that they called me and asked questions. They wrote that they will be in touch soon.
And now they write that the document no longer suits them. Although you can see from the previous post that it finally suited them.
I really hope that just a support missed the previous messages or something like that, because it's already very strange.
