I sent them 7 mails in 12 days, my other other option would be a plain ticket  Undecided ...but I'm glad it worked out well.

After 12 days, they responded with msg "fixed" and it really was Smiley
I hope there will be no further problems with withdrawing coins.

And I hope the rest of you will get your coins.

Its been 8 days now, I still haven't received my 50 LTC. No answer to emails, no nothing. Stupid Bter. There is no excuse for delay like that unless you're stealing customer's coins. Don't do business with them guys. Sooner or later you can all end up like this.

Bullshit. The "backlog of emails" is not an excuse when my emails to them are market "urgent" and refer to BTC missing due to a crash in their software (same as Dmitri). They never respond, and have zero support.  Do not use this site until they resolve these issues.

Cryptsy, btw, is a bit lagged on processing transactions (which is something that is understandable due to rapid growth) but has excellent support.
I agree. Still no response where are my coins, it's been 6 days now.

smooth, same here, now its been 5 days, no answer no coins. Let us know if something comes out from them. I'll do the same. I hope they resolve their problems.

I transfered brom btc-e.com to bter.com everything seemed legit. There was pending status on bter.com, after couple minutes, row was deleted. Now I can't see my 50 LTC only from http://block-explorer.com/address/LPsdUjXQ5hR4prdMQJQLMBsxxi8xiQPTfR

but how do I know where it went? It's like they forward my coins to their private address. Nice job BTER.com

Hi there!

I'm having some problems here.
I transfered 50 LTC to address on bter.com and never received it. It's been more than 48 hours. First there was pending status and then few minutes later it was deleted. After that I made two more deposits just to be sure if something is "stuck" and I got them with no problems. Here are my LTC deposits.

Apparently my 50 LTC was transfered to someone else . Can someone please help/explain what can I do?

I'm having same problems for larger transaction, smaller went ok.
